Joint Consultation Committee. 20.01 A Joint Consultation Committee shall be established to consider matters of mutual interest to the Association and the Board. The Association and the Board shall each be entitled to four (4) representatives on the Committee. By mutual verbal consent in advance, each party is entitled to have additional resource persons, or alternate persons, attend meetings from time-to-time. The Joint Consultation Committee meeting shall be held bi-monthly during the school year, or at times to be mutually agreed upon.

Joint Consultation Committee. 20.01 A Joint Consultation Committee shall be established to consider matters consisting of not less than two nor more than four representatives of the Board and not less than two nor more than four representatives of the Union. Either party can request that a meeting be convened and such meeting must be held not later than fifteen (15) days after the request has been made.
