JURISDICTION RESPONSIBILITIES. A. No later than 90 days prior to termination or automatic renewal of the StreetLight Data Master Agreement and Subscription Order, Jurisdictions will participate in a review of the usefulness of the Project and evaluate a continued funding commitment. Under no circumstances are Jurisdictions obligated to continue providing funding under the StreetLight Data Master Agreement and Subscription Order for any renewal term without execution of an amendment to this MOU or a subsequent MOU. B. Each Jurisdiction agrees to actively advance the continued successful operation, maintenance and growth of the joint subscription to StreetLight Data on a cost effective, operationally efficient, and coordinated basis. C. Each Jurisdiction agrees to designate a single point of contact for logistical and technical coordination between Parties. D. Each Jurisdiction understands that any additional consultant services for the benefit of the Jurisdiction will be at Jurisdiction’s discretion and expense, and such additional services are not included in this MOU. E. Each Jurisdiction understands that the StreetLight Master Agreement and Subscription Order provides access to the subject service for an initial year, and that access for subsequent years is subject to the performance evaluation described in this MOU, the desire to continue the services by the Parties to this MOU, and to the continued availability of funding from Parties to this MOU. Each Jurisdiction understands and agrees that C/CAG may terminate the StreetLight Data Master Agreement and Subscription Order at the conclusion of the initial year of services if there is inadequate funding or a lack of consensus regarding satisfactory performance. F. Each Jurisdiction agrees to adhere to the responsibilities in Section 6, Party Responsibilities.

JURISDICTION RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Identify a DEO who shall familiarize themselves with all statutory and regulatory requirements impacting the Jurisdiction. B. Identify immediately to Officer if Jurisdiction is shared by any additional county. Procedures will be followed per SOS Rule 4.2 to determine controlling county in coordinated elections. C. Provide a copy of the ordinance or resolution stating that the Jurisdiction has adopted the exclusive use of the Code for the conduct of the election and that the Jurisdiction will participate in the coordinated election in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. D. Confirm it has sufficient funds available and appropriated in its approved budget to pay its prorated election expenses for the coordinated election. E. Return the IGA with the signature page completed on or before the seventieth (70) day in order to enter into an intergovernmental agreement, per the Code. F. Appoint at least one member, and no more than two members, to represent the Jurisdiction and to participate in the Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) and Canvass Board. If there is not an appointed representative present for these activities, an employee of the Xxxxxxx County Clerk and Recorder will be appointed on the Jurisdiction’s behalf by the Officer. G. Certify Jurisdictional boundaries, in writing on or before eightieth (80) day prior to the election. This may be accomplished through the DEO certifying the accuracy of the Address Library Report including any changes, additions, or deletions to be made to the street ranges or by certification of the District Boundary map with any discrepancies indicated. H. Review all petition information and verify the information against the registration records, and, where applicable, the county assessor's records as per § 1-4-908, C.R.S. After review, the DEO shall notify the candidate of the number of valid signatures and whether the petition appears to be sufficient or insufficient. Upon determining that the petition is sufficient and after the time for protest has passed, the DEO shall certify the candidate to the ballot, and notify the Officer. I. Write initiatives in plain, non-technical language, worded with simplicity and clarity in compliance with all statutory requirements as per § 1-40-105(1), C.R.S. JURISDICTION RESPONSIBILITIES. Jurisdiction shall: i. Execute and, if appropriate, record documents that are appropriate or necessary for the operation of the BMR Program and performance of this Agreement and transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited to, a three-party (among Authority, Jurisdiction, and a developer/contractor) Below Market Rate Housing Agreement;. ii. Provide conditions of approval for each new development that includes affordable units to be managed by MHA and execute the three-party (among Authority, Jurisdiction, and a developer/contractor) Affordable Housing Agreement. iii. Notify the Authority of any changes to local code requirements or policies that impact the Jurisdiction’s BMR program, affordable housing program, or the terms of this MOU.
JURISDICTION RESPONSIBILITIES. Without limiting the generality of the exclusions set forth in this Section 10, and except as provided otherwise in this Agreement, Jurisdiction shall be exclusively responsible as between the parties for, and NASAA makes no representation or warranty with respect to: (a) determining whether the EFD System and Website generally will achieve the results desired by Jurisdiction; (b) training its Authorized Users in the use of the EFD System; and (c) ensuring the accuracy of any data input by Authorized Users into the EFD System.
JURISDICTION RESPONSIBILITIES. The Jurisdiction shall perform the following duties: A. Identify a Designated Election Official to act as liaison between the Jurisdiction and the County. B. Notify the County prior to executing this IGA if the Jurisdiction’s boundaries include property in any other county. C. Review the Address Library Report provided by the County, which determines which residential addresses are within the jurisdiction. View the street ranges in a map format at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ArapaMAP/. Confirm the street ranges are correct and identify any errors, omissions or deletions if necessary. Provide the County with certification of any annexations, inclusions, and/or exclusions to the Jurisdiction, including all supporting documents. Return via email a signed copy of the provided Acknowledgement Form to the County, including any corrections if necessary, by the date set forth in Attachment B. a. If the Jurisdiction is a Proposed Jurisdiction not already identified by a tax authority code in the County Assessor’s records, the Jurisdiction shall provide the County with a certified legal description, map, and a list of street ranges for all streets within the Proposed Jurisdiction on or before eighty (80) days prior to Election Day. If residential addresses are not available, provide a list of the land parcel numbers that are within the boundaries of the Proposed Jurisdiction. D. For elections where owning property in the Jurisdiction is a requirement for voting in the election, the Jurisdiction must perform the following tasks relating to the property owners list: a. Coordinate directly with the Arapahoe County Assessor’s Office to order and pay for an initial and a supplemental certified list of all recorded owners of taxable real and personal property within the Jurisdiction’s boundaries in Arapahoe County, in accordance with § 1-5-304, C.R.S. and by the deadlines in Attachment B. b. Using the list from the Assessor’s Office: i. Remove from the list non-person entities and persons not living in the state of Colorado. ii.   • County Responsibilities 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager. It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished. 5.2 The COUNTY shall pay in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement. 5.3 The COUNTY retains the right to inspect all work to verify compliance with the contract documents. Such inspection may extend to all or any part of the work and to the manufacture, preparation or fabrication of the materials to be used.
