Jury Leave. The Employer shall grant leave of absence to an Employee who serves as a juror or witness in any court. The Employer shall pay that Employee the difference between their earnings and benefits and the payment they receive for jury service or court witness, excluding payment for traveling, meals and other expenses for up to two (2) years. The Employee shall present proof of service and the amount of the pay received.
