Jury Leave. (a) An employee required to serve as a juror will: (i) notify their supervisor of the dates of any absence from work expected as a result of that service. (ii) provide the University with proof of the dates of attendance, and the monies received for the jury service, other than any travel allowance. (b) The University will pay to the employee their full salary for the period of jury service, but the employee is required to pay the University the money received for the jury service, other than any travel allowance.
