Common use of Jury Leave Clause in Contracts

Jury Leave. 1. Every employee covered by this Agreement who is ordered by appropriate authority to report for jury duty shall be granted a leave of absence from her/his regular duties during the actual period of such duty and shall receive her/his jury duty pay or her/his regular pay, whichever is greater.
