Kaiārahi i te reo. 3.1.1 Below is the table outlining the minimum rates payable for Kaiārahi i te reo: 1 $21.78 2 $21.97 3 $22.54 4 $23.03 5 $23.59 6 $24.11 7 $25.19 8 $25.79 3.1.2 Relieving employees - A relieving employee shall be paid a salary at the appropriate rate specified above. 3.1.3 An employee may upon appointment be placed on any printed rate within the salary scale above. Factors to be considered in deciding the actual starting rate include: previous relevant paid or unpaid work experience; level of skill required for the position; recognition of qualifications; level of responsibility required for the position; the level of te reo Maori and understanding of nga tikanga Maori required for the position; the ease or difficulty in recruiting and/or retaining the specific skills and/or experience required for the position. 3.1.4 Scale increments - subject to clause 3.1.5 below. On completion of one year’s service on a step on the salary scale employees shall be paid on the next higher step until the maximum step is reached. This is provided that the employer attests that the employee has met or exceeded standards of performance as assessed by the employer against the job description and/or written requirements of the position. Where a job description and/or written requirements do not exist the employee will be consulted in determining the job description. 3.1.5 Movement to step 6, 7 or 8 after one year’s service on each step, is subject to the employer attesting that the employee has met or exceeded standards of performance, and shown proven initiative in the performance of their duties, as assessed by the employer against the job description and/or written requirements of the position. Where a job description and/or written requirements do not exist the employee will be consulted in determining the job description.

  • C I T A L S City is a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of California with the power to carry on its business as it is now being conducted under the statutes of the State of California and the Charter of City.

  • Lane closure (i) The Contractor shall not close any lane of the Project Highway for undertaking maintenance works except with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer. Such approval shall be sought by the Contractor through a written request to be made at least 10 (ten) days before the proposed closure of lane and shall be accompanied by particulars thereof. Within 5 (five) business days of receiving such request, the Authority’s Engineer shall grant permission with such modifications as it may deem necessary and a copy of such permission shall be sent to the Authority. (ii) Upon receiving the permission pursuant to Clause 14.5 (i), the Contractor shall be entitled to close the designated lane for the period specified therein, and for all lane closures extending a continuous period of 48 (forty-eight) hours, the Contractor shall, in the event of any delay in re-opening such lane, for every stretch of 250 (two hundred and fifty) metres, or part thereof, pay Damages to the Authority calculated at the rate of 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the monthly maintenance payment for each day of delay until the lane has been re-opened for traffic. In the event of any delay in re-opening such lanes or in the event of emergency decommissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the Project Highway due to failure of the Contractor, the Contractor shall pay damages to the Authority at double the above rate, without prejudice the rights of the Authority under this Agreement including Termination thereof.

  • Tax-Free Reorganization Treatment The Company and Parent shall not, and shall not permit any of their respective Subsidiaries to, intentionally take or cause to be taken any action not otherwise consistent with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which could reasonably be expected to prevent the Merger from qualifying as a "reorganization" within the meaning of Section 368(a) of the Code.

Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator.
