Labor Contract. After the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall continue to perform all of the Company’s obligations under and in accordance with the terms of the Company’s contract with Local Union No. 300, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, subject to any amendments or waivers to such contract as may be agreed by all of the parties thereto.
Labor Contract. The Transferor shall take the following steps and cause the Employees to sign labor contracts with the Transferee or any of its Affiliates in the format as set forth in Schedule III:
4.1.1 Settle in full, in accordance with the requirements of Chinese laws, the severance pay of the employees whose labor contracts with the Transferor will be terminated (if applicable);
4.1.2 Pay in full and on time for its Employees all necessary social insurances unpaid prior to the Closing Date (if applicable);
4.1.3 As a consideration of the performance by the Employees of their non-competition obligations, pay them the compensations in the sum as agreed upon by both parties (if applicable);
4.1.4 Pay the Employees all the salaries, allowances, subsidies (including medical subsidy), bonuses or other outstanding expenses or benefits as of the Closing Date;
4.1.5 Withhold, declare and pay the individual income tax levied on the salaries, bonuses, allowances, subsidies or other expenses or benefits paid to the Employees before the Closing Date (if applicable); and
4.1.6 Issue the termination certificate for each Employee whose labor contract with the Transferor is terminated (if applicable) in accordance with related Chinese laws and/or related employment agreements.
Labor Contract. The Company shall sign an individual labor contract with each of its full-time employees (including management personnel and workers). Provisions relating to the employment, dismissal, resignation, remuneration, labor insurance, welfare benefits, bonuses and labor discipline of the employee shall be specified in such individual labor contract.
Labor Contract. (1) The DOLEP shall announce job seekers selected by employers via public media in Nepal immediately after receiving the employer’s draft of the labor contract from the HRD Korea.
(2) The DOLEP shall explain the content of the labor contract to each worker so that he/she can fully understand it and shall decide whether or not to sign the labor contract at his/her own will.
(3) The DOLEP shall inform the HRD Korea whether the labor contract has been signed by the worker, and if not, the reason for not signing within 14 days of receiving the contract. If the position on signing of the labor contract is not conveyed within the given period, the HRD Korea make it not signed through consultation with the employer.
(4) If any job seeker cancels the already signed labour contract or does not sign the labor contract two times without any due reason, the MOL can exclude him/her from the job seekers’ roster.
(5) The DOLEP shall provide the original copy of the labor contract to the worker who signed it and have him/her bring it when arriving in the Republic of Korea.
Labor Contract. The Company may conclude individual employment contracts with staff and workers directly. The Company shall file such contracts with the local labor department for the record.
Labor Contract. This Labor Contract is in effect on January 1, 2021. The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, hereinafter is referred to as the “Employer” and the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #1 L.C., hereinafter is referred to as the “Union.”

Labor Contract. The City represents and warrants that it has satisfied any collective bargaining duties and obligations related to this Agreement and to City employees operating the Collection System as of the Closing Date. The City shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the District, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits, including attorney fees, arising out of, resulting from or related to the bargaining relationship between the District and the union, or its successor, which represents City employees operating the Collection System as of the Closing Date. Consistent with Section 12.3, the District may, but is not required to, hire any City employee operating the Collection System as of the Closing Date.
Labor Contract. The labor contract between the Village of Brighton and the Chauffeurs, Teamsters, Warehousemen and Helpers Local Union No. 525, Alton, Illinois, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters is included by reference in Addendum “A”.
Labor Contract. The employees of the Company who have previously been engaged in such retail sale activities will be transferred to HNA China Duty Free pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
