Labor Discipline. 1. Party B shall strictly comply with the various rules and regulations prepared by Party A in accordance with law.
Labor Discipline. 7.1 Party A shall formulate its employee manual, rules and regulations, policies, procedures and other provisions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and timely and appropriately notify Party B of these provisions.
Labor Discipline. Article 16 Party A shall formulate its rules and regulations in accordance with regulations of the state, which Party B shall consciously comply with. Party B shall obey Party A’s management, take good care of Party A’s property, abide by vocational ethics, actively take part in the training organized by Party A and improve his professional skills.
Labor Discipline. Article 13 Party B must abide by all the management systems that Party A prepares lawfully.
Labor Discipline. Article 27 Party A shall, in accordance with the labor laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the state and in light of its actual condition, formulate and perfect rules, regulations and labor disciplines. Party B shall strictly comply with the rules and regulations and labor discipline of Party A, that are formulated in accordance with law, submit to the management of Party A and treat as confidential the trade secret of Party A.
Labor Discipline. 18. Party B shall abide by the Working Rules and articles of association stipulated by Party A pursuant to laws. Party B shall strictly adhere to proper instructions and decisions of Party A, take care of all assets of Party A, and abide by professional morality.
Labor Discipline. Party A shall formulate various rules and institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. The specific contents include: various rules or institutions which have been formulated or modified by the Company. Party B shall understand and comply with the above institutions. In case of any violation of the above institutions, Party B shall have the right to punish Party A or terminate this Labor Contract. Party B shall strictly observe various disciplines, obey management systems and do his best to perform his duties.
Labor Discipline. 7.1 The discipline and regulations that the employer establishes must be open and informed to employees.
Labor Discipline. Article 24 Party B has gotten acquainted with and read bylaws and labor disciplines of Party A carefully. Party B strictly commits himself to abide by all bylaws as well as labor disciplines established by Party A.
Labor Discipline. Employee shall abide by the terms of this contract and the Company developed all of the relevant provisions of the labor discipline in the employee handbook or other document listed in the other work systems and procedures. Executive or employee shall comply with the rules and regulations.
