Labor Discipline. 1. Party B shall strictly comply with the various rules and regulations prepared by Party A in accordance with law. 2. In the event that Party B has complied with rules and regulations in an exemplary manner or in the event that Party B has violated such rules and regulations, Party A shall reward and discipline Party B, as the case may be.

Labor Discipline. Party A shall formulate various rules and institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. The specific contents include: various rules or institutions which have been formulated or modified by the Company. Party B shall understand and comply with the above institutions. In case of any violation of the above institutions, Party B shall have the right to punish Party A or terminate this Labor Contract. Party B shall strictly observe various disciplines, obey management systems and do his best to perform his duties.
Labor Discipline. 7.1 Party A shall formulate its employee manual, rules and regulations, policies, procedures and other provisions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and timely and appropriately notify Party B of these provisions. 7.2 Party B shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of China and the aforesaid provisions of Party A, and fully and appropriately perform various obligations agreed by both Party A and Party B. Party A shall have the right to deal with the offenders of these provisions and both parties’ agreement according to Party A’s relevant provisions and both parties’ agreement. 7.3 Party B warrants that during the term hereof, without party A’s written approval, Party B will not engage in any part-time activities affecting his work or having a stake with Party A, and in particular, Party B shall in no way hold a position in any competitor. In case of any violation, Party A may dismiss Party B immediately. 7.4 Party B warrants that during the term hereof and after the termination or cancellation of this Contract for any reason, Party B shall not take any action damaging Party A’s interests. If it fails to do so, Party B shall be liable for compensation according to law.
Labor Discipline. Article 13 Party B must abide by all the management systems that Party A prepares lawfully. Article 14 Party B shall abide by professional ethnics, and shall not impair the interests of Party A or the owner, divulge Party A’s commercial secrets or extort the company and company leaders with any cause. Article 15 Party B shall keep Party A’s secrets in strict confidence when working for Party A and even after leaving office and shall not defame the company and company leaders after leaving office.

Party A shall inform Party B or make public the rules and regulations that involve the vital interests of employees. Party B shall strictly and voluntarily comply with the rules and regulations established by Party A (including but not limited to employee handbook, code of conduct, confidentiality provisions, labor discipline, and work assessments), obey Party A’s management, and accept education and training. Party B shall strictly adhere to labor safety and health, work procedures, and work norms, protect Party A’s property, abide by professional ethics, and adhere to business ethics. If Party B violates labor discipline and rules and regulations, Party A may impose corresponding disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of this contract. 3. Party A may conduct inspections, supervision, assessments, and rewards and punishments of Party B’s behavior, as well as Party B’s compliance with Party A’s legal rules and regulations and labor discipline, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the country, the local government, and the company’s legitimate systems. Party B is willing to comply with these requirements. 4. During the term of this employment contract, without the permission of Party A, Party B shall not engage in part-time work in other units or engage in any other second occupation or related activities that conflict with the interests of Party A. Any violation of this provision shall be considered a serious violation of the employer’s rules and regulations. 5. Party B shall adhere to the principles of legality, honesty, and trustworthiness. In addition to complying with Party A’s rules and regulations, Party B shall also assume the obligations of observing labor discipline, professional ethics, and other contractual obligations based on the principles of honesty and trustworthiness stipulated in the “Labor Law.”

Labor Discipline. Design-Builder shall enforce strict discipline and good order among Design-Builder's employees and other persons carrying out the Contract. Design- Builder shall not permit employment of unfit persons or persons not skilled in tasks assigned to them.
Labor Discipline. Article 10: Party B shall: abide by the administrative rules and regulations formulated by Party A, protect Party A’s property, observe professional ethics, actively participate in the trainings organized by Party A to improve his ideological consciousness and professional skills, and fulfill his own job on schedule and quantity. Party B shall hold in strict confidence all trade secrets, intellectual property rights, company secrets and any other matters of Party A which should not be made public, otherwise, Party B shall bear the responsibility of compensation. Article 11: Party B promises that he is not employed by any other employer at the time of signing this contract, otherwise, Party B shall be solely responsible for any loss caused to the other employer and Party A shall not be held responsible. Provided that, if Party B violates labor discipline, Party A has the right to give him disciplinary punishment or an administrative fine, until the termination of this contract.
