Late Bookings. That late bookings, after the cut-off deadline, cannot be made on ParentPay and are subject to an additional charge of £5 per session which will be added to my ParentPay account as a debit.
Late Bookings. 3.1 In the event of any reservation being made less than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of departure, NIT Namibia will be entitled, at its own discretion, to levy a late booking fee and reserves the right to levy a fee for any extra communication expenses.
3.2 Payment of the full contract price will be due immediately on confirmation and is non-refundable on all late bookings. Certain late bookings will require full payment at the time of reservation, that means prior to confirmation of booking.
Late Bookings. (a) To confirm a booking in relation to which the departure date specified in the quotation is less than 75 days away, rather than paying a deposit, you must pay the full amount of the quotation, as adjusted under Terms 3 and 5, as well as returning a signed Booking Form.
(b) Bookings confirmed within 14 days of the departure date specified in the quotation will be subject to an additional charge of $165 (GST inc.). This fee is required to be paid at the time you confirm your booking in accordance with Term 8(a).
Late Bookings. The full balance of the holiday must be paid at the time of booking by debit or credit card if the date of departure is in 10 weeks or less. Bookings made within 15 days of travel (i.e. 14 days or less) incur a £15 per adult/child administration charge and tickets will not be sent out by post but will more than likely have to be collected at the airport on the day of departure. It is essential that you ascertain whether or not you can obtain relevant visas and inoculations before making your booking.
Late Bookings. You can book up to 9pm each day by texting 07947 681372. We will need your child’s name and details of any medical and/or dietary conditions.
Late Bookings. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental, the full amount is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation, the 25% deposit is non-refundable the 75% balance is refundable only in the event that the accommodation is re-let, less a £50 administration charge. Transferring bookings: A booking may be transferred if availability exists and this would be subject to a £50 administration charge and payment of the full balance.
Late Bookings. For all late bookings, full payment (in a form acceptable to the Operator) must be obtained form the customer at the time of booking and by confirming a late booking, the Agent warrants that full payment in the agreed form has been received.
Late Bookings. We encourage you to reserve and book your date as soon as possible. Dates will not be booked or reserved until there is a signed contract and your non-refundable deposit is received. We reserve the right to refuse any events that are not requested in a timely fashion or exceed our service capabilities. Solutions Catering LLC will not assume liability for excess food taken home by clients, Solutions Catering LLC will assist in properly cooling down and packing excess food into to go containers. The client shall not be allowed to add any type of food not prepared by Solutions Catering LLC for food safety reasons unless agreed upon with the catering manager. If the client wishes to bring in food not prepared by Solutions Catering LLC, caterer is automatically relieved from all liabilities due to food poisoning and spoilage.
Late Bookings. Should a booking be made within 14 working days of the event date, payment in full will be required to secure the event unless a payment date is agreed with CH Events contact in writing. Such agreed payments should be in accordance Clause 11.10b. or a late payment charge as identified in Clause 11.11 will be payable.
