Lawful Use Only. PG&E shall not use the License Area or permit anything to be done in or about the License Area during Use Days that will in any way conflict with any law, statute, zoning restriction, ordinance or governmental rule or regulation or requirement relating to the use or occupancy of the License Area. During Use Days, PG&E shall not allow the License Area to be used for any unlawful or objectionable purpose, nor shall PG&E cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the License Area.

Lawful Use Only. You agree that you shall only use the Software and Documentation in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which you use the Software and Documentation, including, but not limited to, applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property rights. You will not misuse or otherwise use the software in a malicious way that causes injury or disruption to the websites posted to.
Lawful Use Only. FMC covenants and agrees that it shall only use the Updates for lawful purposes, and subject to all restrictions on receipt or use of data under any Applicable Law. Owner agrees that it will not adopt, and will not cause the NCSLT Trusts to adopt, a privacy policy with respect to Student Loans that would materially restrict FMC’s rights to receive and use Updates, except as otherwise required by law. This Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

PG&E shall not allow the Agreed License Area to be used for any unlawful or objectionable purpose, nor shall PG&E cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about any Agreed License Area. Mechanic’s Liens. Although the Property is publicly owned and therefore is not subject to mechanics liens, and the license provided to PG&E hereunder is not an interest in real property that should be reachable through a mechanics lien, PG&E shall keep the Property free and clear of all mechanic’s liens arising, or alleged to arise, and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the LICENSOR from and against all stop payment notices, in connection with any work performed, labor or materials supplied or delivered, or similar activities performed by PG&E or at PG&E's request or for PG&E's benefit. If any mechanic’s liens are placed on the Property in connection with PG&E’s use or activities, or any stop notices are issued to the LICENSOR, PG&E shall diligently pursue all necessary actions to remove such liens from title or release any such stop notice, either by payment or by recording a lien release bond in the manner specified in California Civil Code Section 8424 or any successor statute or providing a stop payment release bond in the manner specified in California Civil Code Section 9364 or any successor statute.

Ltd. dba Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx may suspend, restrict, terminate, or take any other appropriate action with regard to your Services without any obligation to refund fees paid. DotCom Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. dba Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx reserves the right to take such actions without notice to you. You understand that we reserve the right to conclude that your conduct is in violation of the standards set forth in this Acceptable Use Policy, and we may arrive at such a conclusion even if it is based upon our opinion or mere suspicion or belief, without any duty to prove that our opinion or suspicion is well founded, and even if our opinion or suspicion is proven not to be well founded. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Services Not Exclusive Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or restrict USBFS from providing services to other parties that are similar or identical to some or all of the services provided hereunder.
