Use of License Area. 7. The Licensee shall be allowed to access and use the License Area for the purpose of launching boats or other watercraft, retrieving boats or other watercraft, picking up commercial passengers, and dropping off commercial passengers, and for no other purpose unless authorized by the City in writing (the “Licensed Activities”).
Use of License Area. Storage, launching, and retrieval of fishing boats and loading and unloading of boat rental customers; the mooring operations described in Section 3.02; boat shuttle service to and from moored boats; and storage of a small amount of associated fuel, oil, gear and equipment (Section 3.01 and 3.02) (collectively, “License Permitted Use”). The Lease Permitted Use and the License Permitted Use shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Permitted Use.”
Use of License Area. The License Area shall be used by Licensee solely for the “ ”, on a non-exclusive basis.

Licensee shall not place any signs in the License Area or the Project. Licensee and Licensee's agents, servants, employees, and contractors shall each observe faithfully and comply strictly with (a) all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances and municipal and county codes, and (b) the rules and regulations of Licensor or Licensor's agents. Licensor reserves the right to make any alterations or repairs that Licensor may consider advisable (in its sole and absolute discretion). Licensee shall not make any improvement or alteration to the License Area in any manner without the express written consent of Licensor, which may be withheld in Licensor’s sole discretion.
Use of License Area. The Ponds and Angler will each be entitled to use the Licensed Area to install and maintain signs for the PBR and AMR projects only in the location of the existing monument sign, subject to the limitations of use for the Licensed Area as provided in the License Agreement(s) and the site plan granted by the Town as shown on the attached Exhibit A. The Ponds will also maintain landscaping within the Bald Eagle right of way from Highway 9 past the intersection of Bald Eagle and Xxxxxxx Xxxx ( the “Entry Islands”) on the Licensed Area for benefit of both parties subject to the conditions and reimbursement obligation set forth below. The Ponds may use the remainder of the Licensed Area for landscaping as permitted in its License Agreement for the benefit of PBR.
Use of License Area. 5.1. Licensee shall use the License Area only for supporting or housing the Utilities or allowing them to occupy the airspace or underground space included within the License Area, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Licensee shall not construct or create any Utilities or facilities other than those defined as Utilities in, on or about the License Area or the Land.

Use of License Area. During Use Days (as defined in Section 4 below), PG&E and its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives ("PG&E's Representatives") may enter the License Area for purposes of establishing and operating a customer resource center in the case of a PSPS Event. CITY acknowledges that PG&E's Activities may include the following: setting up tents with tables and seating where PG&E customers can obtain water and snacks, charge phones, and get up-to-date information on outages; installing trailers, portable toilets, portable back-up generators, and temporary fencing; parking mobile vehicle units and other vehicles. For purposes of this License Agreement, a "PSPS Event" means the existence of one or more environmental conditions creating extreme fire danger that results in the shutoff of power for public safety. Examples of PSPS Events include red flag warnings issued by the United States National Weather Service, low humidity levels, high winds, and dry vegetation. • Personnel. During Use Days PG&E shall have the non-exclusive right to use the License Area, up to twenty-four (24) hours per day. Hours for use to PG&E customers shall be from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. On Use Days, the License Area shall be fully staffed by PG&E and its representatives, at PG&E’s sole cost and expense. PG&E shall provide uniformed unarmed security at its cost and expense to ensure the protection of its equipment, the safety of the public and to prevent any damage to the Property.
Use of License Area. CITY has advised SEGERSTROM that CITY will be undertaking three (3) construction projects: (1) construction of a northbound off-ramp from the northbound connector road to the 405 Freeway to connect with Xxxxx Xxxxxx (“Off Ramp”), (2) widening of the Fairview Road overpass over the 405 Freeway (“Overpass”) and (3) widening northbound Harbor Boulevard to the north of the 405 Freeway (collectively, “Projects”). CITY shall use the License Area solely as a staging and storage area for vehicles, equipment and materials for the Projects. In connection with such use of the License Area (“Permitted Use”), SEGERSTROM and CITY agree as follows:
Use of License Area. Licensee may use the License Area for the following purposes only: Construct and maintain a cycle park, including unlimited use for all cycle-related recreation and other events pertaining to non-motorized bicycles. Licensee shall not use the License Area for any purpose other than those specifically set forth above.
