Layoff List Computation. When it becomes necessary to reduce the work force in the department, the Human Resources Director shall establish a layoff list by department and class. Said layoff list shall be based upon seniority as follows: Seniority Defined: For each regular employee seniority will be measured from such employee’s initial appointment to permanent County service. Seniority shall not be calculated nor included for any period during which the employee did not receive compensation, or for any time the employee was off work as result of a disciplinary action which was appealable and either not appealed or was sustained or modified upon appeal. For any employee who is re-employed after permanent separation, seniority shall be measured from the date of his/her most recent appointment.
Layoff List Computation. A. Every Layoff list shall be established by the Human Resources Department based on information contained in the Human Resources Department Records for each classification. B. Regular employees who held seasonal, limited term or provisional status prior to permanent appointment shall receive seniority credit for status only if the service was continuously compensated employment prior to appointment to a permanent position. One point of seniority credit shall be given for each full calendar month of full-time service (one month of full time service is 173.3 hours) in the General-Public Works or Administrative-Confidential Units. Pro rata credit shall be given where the employment is less than full-time and/or the employment is less than a full month. In the event two or more employees have the same number of seniority points, such tie shall be broken by lot.

Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such.   • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with XXX. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and XXX, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • JOC Pricing of Itemized List of Means Non-Prepriced Items” based on the information herein.
