Lead Electrician. A Lead Electrician is a senior journeyperson who displays superior leadership and expertise and has been appointed as such by the Employer. Apprentices shall be indentured and registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (Training Division) as soon as possible after hiring. Apprentices shall be paid no less than the applicable percentages of the Journeyman rate, in accordance with the regulations issued under the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act (TQAA): 1st Period 40% of Journeyman rate plus 10% vacation pay plus benefits/pension/E&A/IF 2nd Period 50% of Journeyman rate plus 10% vacation pay plus benefits/pension/E&A/IF 3rd Period 60% of Journeyman rate plus 10% vacation pay plus benefits/pension/E&A/IF 4th Period 70% of Journeyman rate plus10% vacation pay plus benefits/pension/E&A/IF 5th Period 80% of Journeyman rate plus10% vacation pay plus benefits/pension/E&A/IF Students may be employed to do general clean up and labour work (non- electrical) at an hourly rate as set by the Employer and the Employment Standards Act. Regular ongoing maintenance of theatrical electrical equipment and maintaining logs of repairs. Knowledge of electrical equipment function and its continuing education of modern theater upgrades. Participates in advance duties for Xxxx Center productions. In addition to lead work, the areas of as a specialist in the electrical department will be assigned as needed. The House Electrician will also be skilled in basic stagehand grip tasks for all departments of carpentry, audio, electrics and video.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
