Hiring and Appointments 15.1 The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification that is being filled. Missed Appointments From time to time it may be necessary for Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents including, but not limited to, property management personnel, maintenance contractors, appraisers, and real estate agents to gain access to the Property for the purpose of inspecting the Property or performing repairs and Tenant does hereby grant permission to Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents to enter the Property for these purposes. If Tenant fails to keep a pre-arranged, mutually agreed to appointment allowing access to the property then Tenant agrees to pay Eighty Five and No/100s Dollars ($85.00) per event as liquidated damages to Landlord and such amount shall become due as additional rent under this agreement.
