Leased Facilities. If the School operates in a leased facility(s), the lease shall be for the term of this Charter, or in lieu thereof, the School shall present a lease with a plan to ensure a facility during the duration of the Charter. The lease shall be signed by a properly authorized member of the governing board, or its designee, as documented in corresponding official governing board minutes.

If the Collateral is located at a facility leased by Debtor, Debtor will obtain from the lessor a consent to the granting of a security interest in the Collateral and a disclaimer of any interest of the lessor in the Collateral.
