Leave for Collective Bargaining. The Employer shall grant leave of absence with pay to three (3) employees selected by the Union to serve on the negotiating team. The Employer shall pay for time spent in negotiations as scheduled by the parties. Leave for collective bargaining will not be considered as leave for Union business.

The Employer shall pay for time spent union in negotiations with the Employer as scheduled set out in Article XXII, Duration of the Agreement, or at such other times as may be required, initiated or authorized by the parties.
