Leave for Medical and Dental. Where it is not possible to schedule medical and dental appointments outside regularly scheduled working hours, reasonable time off for medical and dental appointments for auxiliary employees shall be permitted. Such leave will be without pay and without loss of seniority.
Leave for Medical and Dental. Employees shall be allowed paid leave of absence up to two (2) working days per fiscal year, in order to engage in personal preventative medical and dental care, subject to providing as much notice as reasonably possible to the Employer, and subject to operational requirements. Leave shall not be unreasonably refused; for example, the employer shall give consideration to whether the appointment is with a specialist and/or for an emergency.
Leave for Medical and Dental. When it is not possible for an employee to arrange medical or dental appointments for himiherself or dependents outside hours of work, special leave with pay will be granted for periods not in excess of one-half (112) day.
