Paid Leave of Absence definition

Paid Leave of Absence means that a unit member shall be entitled to receive wages and all fringe benefits, including, but not limited to, insurance and retirement benefits, return to the same or similar assignment which the unit member enjoyed immediately preceding the commencement of the leave, and receive credit for annual salary increments provided during the unit member’s leave.
