Leave Log. The Superintendent shall maintain a current log of used vacation and sick leave days with the Superintendent’s secretary. The log shall be available for review by the Board at such times as the Board or members of the Board request.

Leave Log. The Superintendent shall maintain a monthly vacation and sick leave log which shall be kept current and available for review by the Board President. The Board will review the leave log on a quarterly basis.
Leave Log. The Superintendent shall maintain a vacation and sick leave log which shall be available to the Board for review and she shall communicate quarterly, in writing, with the Board President regarding the dates and total hours of paid leave taken in the preceding quarter.   • Leave Pay A. Fifteen (15) days of sick leave shall be credited to a school year employee after reporting for their first day of work. All unused sick leave and personal leave days from the current year will be added to the bank of sick days for the following year. All unused sick leave days in excess of ninety (90) days shall be returned to the employee at the end of the current school year on the basis of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day.

  • Leave Plan Effective April the Hospital agrees to introduce a leave program, funded solely by the nurse, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Parental Leave Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Clause 26.02, shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accordance with the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer proof of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.
