Leave with Pay for Spousal Union. (a) After completion of one (1) year's continuous employment with U.P.C.E., an employee who gives the Employer at least five (5) days' notice shall be granted five (5) days leave with pay for the purpose of declaring a spousal union with another person in a public ceremony. This ceremony may be civil, secular or religious.

Leave with Pay for Spousal Union. (a) After completion of one (1) year of continuous employment with the UPCE, an employee who provides the UPCE at least five (5) days’ notice, shall be granted five (5) days leave with pay for the purpose of declaring a Spousal Union with another person in a public ceremony. This ceremony may be civil, secular, or religious.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.

  • Bereavement Leave With Pay For the purpose of this clause, immediate family is defined as father, mother (or alternatively stepfather, stepmother or xxxxxx parent), brother, sister, spouse (including common-law spouse resident with the employee), child (including child of common-law spouse), stepchild or xxxx of the employee, father-in-law, mother-in-law, and relative permanently residing in the employee’s household or with whom the employee permanently resides.
