LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY. The Bank Board may grant Employee a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.
LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY. A. Employees may take leaves of absence with or without pay, subject to the prior approval of the Employer. Requests must be submitted in writing to the immediate supervisor within a reasonable time prior to the requested starting date. The request must also state the reason for the leave and the requested duration of the leave. The supervisor shall respond to the employee in writing giving the reasons for denial.
