Initials I acknowledge that information my family shares with the program staff and/or Director of the Xxxxxxx Child Care Centre will be kept confidential unless they believe it is in the best interests of my child to pass along such information to other staff and/or community professionals. I understand that they will obtain my consent before passing along such information UNLESS they believe the information my family shared with them places my child at risk – physically, mentally, and/or emotionally. Initials I understand that all staff of BCCS’s Child Care Services programs will be alert to signs of child abuse, and are required by law to report any concerns to the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Initials I have read, understood and signed the BCCS - Consent, Waiver and Indemnity Form.
Legalities. 17.1 All notices and legal processes in terms hereof shall be given to the Renter at the address set out in the Rental Agreement (Renter’s chosen legal address). Any notice posted to Renter shall be deemed to be received 7 days after posting, unless the Renter proves the contrary, and to Royal at their registered legal address: 0 Xxxxx Xxxx, Bordeaux, Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.
17.2 The Renter consents to the geographic area of the Magistrate’s Court having authority over its person in respect of any proceeding arising from this agreement even if the amount in issue would otherwise exceed the authority of such court. This consent shall not however, prejudice Royal in respect of their right to proceed in any court of competent authority.
17.3 The English version of this agreement will prevail in the event of a dispute.
17.4 This is the entire agreement and no variation or cancellation shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the Renter and Royal.
17.5 Royal may claim and recover from Renter on demand all costs and expenses incurred by Royal in consequence, directly or indirectly, of any breach by Renter of this agreement, including attorney-and-client costs, collection commission and any costs of tracing Renter or the vehicle.
17.6 A provision of this agreement which is invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall be severable from the rest of this agreement and shall not affect the validity thereof.
17.7 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
17.8 It is envisaged that a proprietary limited company will be established (or a shelf company bought) with a view to carry on the business and operations of Royal, whereupon the rights and obligations of Royal under this Rental Agreement shall be taken over by the new company and the Renter shall continue to be bound by the Rental Agreement as if no such change had occurred.
17.9 By the Renter’s signature hereto, the Renter accepts all the charges charged by Royal in terms of this agreement, including any charges relating to loss and damage to the vehicle.
17.10 By Renter’s signature hereto, Renter hereby authorizes Royal to conduct ITC checks or any other checks required by law on Renter, if necessary.

Legalities. 27.1 If you fail to pay your rent on the day which it became due or if, in the opinion of Red Kite Community Housing Limited, you neglected to observe any of these conditions, misuse or improperly occupy any part of the garage, or shall create or cause any nuisance, discomfort or inconvenience to anyone, your tenancy will be subject to termination by Notice to Quit under Clause 3 hereof and Red Kite Community Housing Limited will not be liable for any claim by you for any damage arising there from.
27.2 The authorised entering into possession of the garage by you shall be conclusive evidence against you of your concurrence in and acceptance of all foregoing conditions and your agreement to be bound thereby.
27.3 The decision of Red Kite Community Housing Limited upon any matter of question arising out of these conditions shall be final and binding on you.
Legalities. 1. The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement, and any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with it or its enforceability, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas. Each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas over any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement or its enforceability or the legal relationships established by this Agreement.
2. And in this Agreement:
1. the use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender will include a reference to each other gender;
2. clauses and schedule headings and the use of bold type are included for ease of reference only and will not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement;
3. The schedule and any exhibit are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
3. In the event of one or more of the provisions of this Agreement being invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
4. No variation to this Agreement, or waiver of any right or obligation under it, will be effective unless made by the parties and evidenced in writing and signed by or on or behalf of the parties and expressed to be such a variation or waiver. In entering into this Agreement neither party has relied on any statement, representation or promise not expressly contained in it, provided that nothing in this clause will have effect to exclude the liability of either party for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If any provision of this Agreement or any application of the Agreement shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application shall not be deemed valid, except to the extent permitted by law, and all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be contrary to law and is therefore invalidated, either party may request that the parties meet for the purpose of renegotiating any such invalid provision.

Legalities. 7.1 The Athlete agrees that either during or after the term of this agreement they will not infringe any of the SG Intellectual Property Rights.
7.2 The Athlete agrees to engage in no form of discriminatory behaviour or sexual harassment.
7.3 All Parties will mutually respect and maintain reciprocal confidentiality of information at all times, both during and after the termination of this Agreement.
Legalities. The Company shall notify Flight Attendants and Flight Attendants shall notify the Company immediately of FAR or contractual conflicts which occur in their schedules.
