Common use of Length of Leave Clause in Contracts

Length of Leave. Long-term Leaves may be granted for periods of up to one (1) year, and may be extended for an additional period not to exceed a total of two (2) years, other than Military Leave as noted above. This provision shall not extend the duration of the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act (FMLA/CFRA) or statutory provisions for Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL).
