Common use of Length of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Length of Vacation. An Employee shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with his years of employment on his anniversary date as follows: - after one (1) year of continuous service – two (2) weeks; - after three (3) years of continuous service – three (3) weeks; - after five (5) years of continuous service – four (4) weeks; - after ten (10) years of continuous service – five (5) weeks;

Length of Vacation. (i) An Employee employee shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with his his/her years of employment on his anniversary date as follows: - after : (i) less than one (1) year at the rate of continuous service – one and two thirds (21 2/3) weeks; - after three days for each month of service; (3ii) years of continuous service – three one (31) weeks; - after five (5) years of continuous service – four (4) weeks; - after year up to ten (10) years of continuous service, four (4) weeks; (iii) more than ten (10) years of service – but less than twenty-five (25) years, five (5) weeks; (iv) more than twenty-five (25) years of service, six (6) weeks.

Length of Vacation.
