Common use of Length of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Length of Vacation. Each employee covered by this Agreement who qualifies shall be entitled to a vacation with pay in accordance with the following schedule: NUMBER OF SUCCESSIVE YEARS NUMBER OF WEEKS' OF QUALIFYING EMPLOYMENT VACATION WITH PAY 1 year 1 week 2 through 8 years 2 weeks 9 through 14 years 3 weeks 15 through 19 years 4 weeks 20 or more years 5 weeks

Length of Vacation. Five (5) years 3 weeks 15 through 19 of service but less than fifteen (15) years 4 weeks 20 or more years 5 of service -- four (4) weeks.

Each regular employee covered by this Agreement contract who qualifies meets the qualifications shall be entitled to a vacation with pay in accordance with the following schedule: NUMBER OF SUCCESSIVE YEARS NUMBER OF WEEKS' OF QUALIFYING EMPLOYMENT VACATION WITH PAY 1 year 1 week 1-4 Years Inclusive 2 through 8 Weeks 5-9 Years Inclusive 3 Weeks 10-19 Years Inclusive 4 Weeks 20-24 Or More Years Inclusive 5 Weeks As used above, continuous service means uninterrupted, complete years 2 weeks 9 through 14 years 3 weeks 15 through 19 years 4 weeks 20 or more years 5 weeksof service since the last employment date.
