LIAISON COUNCIL. ‌ The Xxxxx School District (District) and the association shall participate in a Liaison Council. The Liaison Council is established to provide for an orderly method of communication between District administration and the association. The Liaison Council shall consist of administrators designated by the Superintendent and classified employee representatives designated by the association. The Liaison Council shall meet monthly during the school year, or more often as business dictates, to discuss and problem solve issues related to salary, benefits, and working conditions covered by the negotiated agreement between the District and the Association. SANCTIONED COMMITTEESThe administration and the association recognize the importance of working together to solve problems and address issues covered by the negotiated agreement through the course of the year. To that end, sanctioned committees may be established through the liaison council or the negotiation process. Current committees include but are not limited to: Insurance Committee, Process Improvement Team (PIT), Transportation Improvement Group (TIG), Joint Staff School Committee (JSSC), School Technology Specialist Joint Staff Study Committee (STS, JSSC). LIAISON COUNCIL. Association representatives shall have the option of meeting with the Superintendent and his designees at a mutually convenient time to review and discuss current problems and practices of mutual interest. This council shall be advisory in practice.
LIAISON COUNCIL. 17:1 A liaison council consisting of the local president and up to four members appointed by the Association and the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and up to four administrators shall meet at least one time per year for the purpose of improving communications. The parties may agree to hold additional meetings. 17:2 It is understood that this council is not to be construed in any way as a negotiation team and it is without power to modify the contract. 17:3 A representative from NJEA may attend the council meetings.

LIAISON COUNCIL. A committee comprised of one or more members of the Board of Education of Rancocas Valley Regional High School, the Superintendent of said School or his or her nominee, who shall act as Chairperson, three members of the administrative staff chosen by the Superintendent, and three representatives of the Rancocas Valley. Regional High School Education Association or their alternates chosen by said Association shall meet on three occasions during the school year in October, January, and April respectively. More meetings can be scheduled upon mutual agreement of both parties. Initiation may be made by either party, in writing, requesting a date(s) convenient to both parties and such letter of initiation shall suggest agenda items of mutual concern for discussion. This committee is advisory in nature. All reports of the committee shall be forwarded to the Board who may accept, reject, or send back a report for further study. In the event a report is rejected or returned, it shall not be resubmitted without substantial modification. It is also understood that any disposition by the Board concerning this matter, by commission or omission, shall not be grievable. Minutes of the meetings will be prepared by the Association and approved by the Superintendent prior to distribution.
LIAISON COUNCIL. A joint Liaison Council shall be established as soon as possible after the effective date of this Agreement. It shall consist of the Superintendent or his designee and representatives of the Association. The exact number of members shall be established by the Superintendent and the Association. The Council shall meet a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) times a year. After each meeting, the administration agrees to provide a statement including; what is to be done, by whom, by when, and report back to the Association by the agreed upon time.
LIAISON COUNCIL. The Association shall select a liaison committee of five (5) members to meet with the Superintendent and his designees to discuss problems of mutual concern. Meetings will be held by prior arrangement with the Superintendent.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of three (3) members of the Association one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate and three (3) representatives of the Hospital one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and one human resources representative.

  • CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE C4.1 OPSBA, the Crown and OSSTF agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest.

  • Negotiations Committee At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.
