Licensee Conduct. Licensee will (A) conduct its business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Property, the Wireless Products and the good name, goodwill and reputation of Fox, (B) avoid deceptive, misleading or unethical practices, that are or might be detrimental to Fox, the Property, the Wireless Products or the public, (C) avoid making disparaging, false or misleading statements or representations with regard to Fox, the Property or the Wireless Products, (D) not employ or cooperate in the employment of any deceptive or Wireless Content License Agreement Multiple Properties / Sorrent, Inc. / Final PLZ misleading advertising material with regard to Fox, the Property or the Wireless Products, (E) make no representations, warranties or guarantees to customers or to the trade with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the Wireless Products that are inconsistent with the warranties and disclaimers included in or with the Wireless Products, (F) not sell the Wireless Products to any party who it knows, or reasonably should know, will infringe Fox’s Intellectual Property Rights in the Wireless Products, and (G) comply with all applicable international, national, regional, and local laws in performing its duties hereunder and in any of its dealings with respect to the Wireless Products.

Licensee Conduct. The Licensee must not use the website in any way that causes or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. The Licensee warrants that it bears responsibility for all electronic communications and content sent from the Licensee’s computer hard and software to the Licensor. Key card access will be issued on proven completion of the online training modules for each Licence period. The Manager may make alternative arrangements for exceptional circumstances. The current prescribed on-line training courses are “Consent Matters” and “Residences Induction”. The courses can be accessed (with provided log in details) at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/ and xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/sign-up 3.1.5 The Residences is an adult environment and as such, there should be some level of parental involvement and approval for applicants who are under 18 years old. In some circumstances, these applicants and their parent/s may be asked to participate in an interview with a Residential Staff member as part of the application process.
Licensee Conduct. Before engaging in Make-Ready or installation work on the property of an SMEU customer, Licensee shall, at minimum: A. Place hangers or fliers, explaining in general the nature, extent, and purpose of the work to be done and listing Licensee’s telephone numbers to call to obtain additional information, on the front door of each customer whose property is to be entered upon at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled entry; B. Require all field crews to wear I.D. badges and apparel identifying themselves as employees or Contractors of Licensee; C. Have all vehicles used in field work bear Licensee logo; and D. Require all field crews to seek and obtain permission of the premises owner before entering into a back yard. E. Have readily available, during all hours in which field work is being done, one or more knowledgeable personnel who can communicate with and assist the City Manager’s Office and City Council members regarding property owner complaints, and also have available qualified personnel to conduct on-site resolution of property owner complaints.
Licensee Conduct. In using the Services, Licensee agrees to the following: (i) Licensee shall not incorporate into or otherwise transmit through the Services any Licensee Content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including without limitation any material that: (A) may be abusive, indecent, threatening, obscene, harassing, violent, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable^ (B) encourages or otherwise promotes conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability^ (C) impersonates any person or entity or that otherwise misrepresents Licensee’s affiliation with a person or entity^ (D) contains Malicious Code^ (E) is in violation of the CAN]SPAM Act or any other applicable laws pertaining to unsolicited email, SMS, text messaging or other electronic communications, or the transmission of emails to an individual or entity with which Licensee has no preexisting relationship^ (F) includes the private information of another without express permission, including but not limited to contact information, social security numbers, credit card numbers or other information which a reasonable would consider private in nature, (G) violates any privacy, intellectual property or proprietary right of another^ (H) is pornographic or sexual in nature^ (I) expressly targets children under the age of 13^ or (J) is unlawful or otherwise objectionable, in SchoolMint’s sole opinion.
Licensee Conduct. Licensee shall conduct its activities so as not to damage fences, roads, firebreaks, fields, ditches, bridges and other improvements on the Premises or on any other property owned by Owner or by any other person or entity. In the event such damage is caused by Licensee, its successors, assigns, employees, representatives, invitees, contractors, subcontractors or any others acting on behalf of Licensee, it shall, at the election of Owner or such other person or entity, as the case may be, either repair the damaged improvements or pay to Owner or such other person or entity the replacement value of the damaged improvements.

Licensee Conduct. 9.1 The Licensee understands that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), transmitted through the use of the Facility(s), is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. 9.2 The Licensee and not the Licensor is solely responsible for all Content transmitted through the use of the Facility(s). The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Content transmitted through the Facility(s). 9.3 Under no circumstances will the Licensor be liable for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever incurred as a result of the use of the Service. The Licensor will not be liable for any Content sent to the Licensee that is offensive, indecent or objectionable in any way. The Licensor reserves the right to take any action, with or without any notice, including but not limited to terminating the Licensee's account, for any transmission of Content by a Licensee that violates any agreements between the Licensor and its suppliers and partners. 9.4 The Licensee agrees to not use the Facility(s) to: (a) transmit any Content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, harmful, libellous, or otherwise objectionable in any manner; (b) conduct any illegal activities; (c) impersonate an individual or an entity or an affiliation with an individual or an entity; (d) infringe any third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights; (e) offers, promotional materials, junk or spam mail. 10
