Licensee’s Contractors. Licensee shall use only qualified and trained persons and appropriately licensed contractors for all work performed on or about a License Area. At least 10 business days before any work commences on or about a License Area that requires the City’s prior approval, Licensee shall provide the City with: (1) a schedule with all activities to be performed in connection with the work; and (2) a list with all the names, contractor’s license numbers and business addresses for all contractors who will be physically present on the Property.

Licensee’s Contractors. Licensee and all of its contractors shall obtain all necessary licenses, including without limitation Contractor State Licensing Board licenses and a City of Chula Vista Business License, prior to performing work on or about the License Area. Licensee shall use only qualified and trained persons and appropriately licensed contractors for all work performed on or about the License Area. Licensee shall give the City at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice of commencement of any construction or installation on any part of the License Area except or minor and routine repair and maintenance of Licensee’s Equipment. At least five (5) business days before any work commences on or about the License Area, Licensee shall provide the City with: (1) a schedule with all activities to be performed in connection with the work; and (2) a list with all the names, contractor’s license numbers and business addresses for all contractors who will perform the work.
Licensee’s Contractors. Licensee may use contractors and suppliers in its reasonable discretion in the performance of Improvements and Services. Licensee shall ensure that the Licensee’s contractor/s performing work at the License Area maintain the minimum insurance requirements identified in this License Agreement. The insurance policies shall be endorsed to contain the City of Glendale, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers as an additional insured in connection with its Permitted Use and Improvements and any other work or operations.

  • SUB-CONTRACTORS Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department.   • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, Xxxxxx agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • HIRING CONTRACTORS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to contract, hire, supervise and/or discharge firms and persons, including utilities, required for the operation and maintenance of the Property. The Agent may perform any of the Agent’s duties through attorneys, agents, employees, or independent contractors and, except for persons working in the Agent’s firm, shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, defaults, negligence and/or costs of same.
