Licensor’s Access. Licensor shall have access to the Property for purposes of enforcing its rights or performing its obligations hereunder, and/or to showing the Property in connection with the use thereof upon the expiration of the Term, in each case on not less than twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice to Licensee (which notice may be given by telephone or email to Licensee notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein) and provided that in the event of an emergency Licensor may have such access as shall be reasonable under the circumstances.

Licensor’s Access. The Licensor shall at all times have access to such portions of the Equipment Space as it requires or desires for the purpose of operating, maintaining and repairing the Building, so long as there is no interference with the Licensee's use. Unless indicated otherwise, Licensee's use of the Equipment Space (including the Equipment Room) shall be non-exclusive.
Licensor’s Access. Licensee will provide access codes, a key or other security method agreed by Licensor to allow Licensor to access the Licensed Sites at no cost to Licensor, upon receipt of reasonable notice from Licensor.

Where any such Promotional Material reasonably requested does not currently exist, this may be subject to extended timescales. The NT shall provide to the Licensor access to the Recording and the Platform upon reasonable request subject always to the NT’s capacity to meet these requests and with such access not exceeding seven days. All materials and/or access to materials provided to the Licensor in accordance this Clause 8 are provided for the specific use requested by the Licensor and any other use is strictly prohibited.
Licensor’s Access. Licensor, its authorized agents, contractors, assignees or other licensees shall have the right to enter the Licensed Property at any time for any purpose for their full enjoyment and dominant use. Licensor, its agents, contractors, assignees or other licensees, retain the superior right to enter upon and fully use the Licensed Property for any purpose, including, but not limited to, inspecting, maintaining, installing, removing or replacing electrical distribution and transmission facilities and structures, PCS cell sites/telecommunication lines and equipment, pipelines, or other utilities or facilities. It is understood that from time to time entry will be necessary for inspection, maintenance, and work upon Licensor’s or third-parties’ facilities located upon the Licensed Property and, on such occasions, Licensor may in its sole discretion determine that it is necessary to temporarily close all or portions of the Hike and Bike Trails and prohibit the public from using same. Where reasonably practical, in its sole discretion, Licensor agrees to give notice by electronic mail to a designated representative of Licensee of planned inspection, maintenance or work by Licensor that necessitates temporary closure of more than twenty-four (24) hours of all or portions of the Hike and Bike Trails, such notice to indicate, to the extent reasonably practical, if heavy equipment is to be used in such inspection, maintenance or work by Licensor. In the event heavy equipment is used by Licensor Master License Agreement for Hike and Bike Trails Page 4 for inspection, maintenance, or other work, Licensor will attempt to avoid or minimize damage to Licensee’s facilities, where reasonably practical and in Licensor’s sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor shall have no liability for any damage to Licensee’s facilities. This License is not exclusive, and Licensor, its employees, agents, contractors, assignees, representatives, and others whom it may license, may for any purpose go upon the Licensed Property, make improvements upon and traverse the Licensed Property and make changes in the location of or additions to Licensor’s or third-parties’ facilities located thereon without payment of compensation to Licensee, and without liability for any damage to Licensee’s facilities, including but not limited to, the Hike and Bike Trails and approved vegetation, or for any interruption of use of the Hike and Bike Trails.

Licensor’s Access. During each Use Date, Licensor shall have full access to the Premises, provided that Licensor shall not perform any medical services on its own behalf or on behalf of any third party. During all other days throughout the Term, Licensor shall have unrestricted access to the Premises and Licensor may at all reasonable times during normal business hours enter to view the Premises to make repairs and replacements or show Premises to persons who may wish to buy the same .
Licensor’s Access. Upon reasonable prior written notice delivered to Licensee in no event less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance (except in the case of an emergency), Licensor may enter the Licensed Premises during Licensee’s normal business hours for purposes of inspection (including, without limitation, environmental investigations), or to observe Licensee’s operations for purposes of assessing and confirming compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws and other applicable policies and procedures of Licensor and its affiliates, to show the Licensed Premises to prospective purchasers and lenders, or to exercise any of its rights or to perform any of its obligations hereunder, including, without limitation, Licensor’s right of self help under Section 24. Licensor shall endeavor to exercise any right of access provided hereunder in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with conduct of the Business at the Licensed Premises, but the foregoing shall not require Licensor to utilize overtime labor or incur material additional costs.
