LIMITATION OF WORK. 13.01 Supervisory personnel, students and other non-bargaining unit personnel, shall not perform bargaining unit work where it would deprive bargaining unit employees of regular hours of overtime or would result in a layoff or failure to hire new employees.

LIMITATION OF WORK. 6.01 Supervisors and all other supervisory employees above the rank of supervisor shall not perform the regular work of an employee within the bargaining unit. However, they may perform operations where an emergency arises and may also perform operations for purposes of investigation, inspection, experiment, information or instruction as may be necessary in their discharge of supervisory duties, provided that the act of performing the aforementioned operations in itself, does not reduce the hours or pay of any employee. The Engineering Group has an Engineering Lab in the plant. Engineers and engineering technicians shall be doing product development work in the Engineering Lab and the Rockdrill Assembly area. It is understood that the Engineering Group, engineers and engineering technicians shall not perform assembly work related to percussive product or any work of the bargaining unit.

LIMITATION OF WORK. The Union agrees that no arbitrary limitation will be placed on the productive capacity of the employees and the Union will encourage employees to overtime, when it is necessary to do so, to meet customer demands, One (1) hour per day for not that consecutive working days will be worked as required.
