Limited Product Workmanship Warranty. 12 year Repair, replacement or refund – extendable to 25 years Subject to the conditions and exclusions contained below, Silfab Solar Inc. (“Silfab Solar”) warrants to the Owner that the Products shall be free in all material aspects from defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use and service conditions as may be specified in Silfab Solar’s Product installation and maintenance manual, which is available at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Installation and Maintenance Manual”). The duration of the warranty given in this Section 2 is 12 (twelve) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Purchaser, provided that if the Owner does not provide evidence of the delivery date, the warranty will begin on the date of manufacture of the Product (as applicable, the “Warranty Start Date”); provided that if, at the time the Products were purchased and installed, the original system installer was properly registered and qualified as a Silfab installer, such warranty period shall be extended to 25 years from the Warranty Start Date.

If the Product fails to conform to this warranty, as determined by PANASONIC in its sole and absolute discretion, PANASONIC will employ one of the following Limited Warranty Remedies as set forth under Section 4 below. Labor Warranty for Authorized Installers: Panasonic USA will cover necessary and reasonable shipment and labor costs (at Panasonic USA’s then-current pre-approved rates as communicated to Authorized Installers, hereinafter the “Approved Rates”) associated with the installation, removal or reinstallation ONLY for Products installed by an Authorized Installer and registered within 60 days after the Warranty Start Date through the Panasonic registration website: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

During the Warranty Term (see Section 3 below), and under an approved duty cycle, system energy configuration, power consumption, operation area , proper installation, use and service conditions, CATL warrants the Product to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship and that the Product will meet its warranted capacity (see Capacity Test Section 2.1). If the Product fails to conform to this warranty, as determined by CATL or its authorized distributor, CATL will provide Customer with one of the remedies described in Section 4.
Limited Product Workmanship Warranty. The Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, offers a prorated warranty for a period of twelve (12) years from the date of purchase from the Company. The Company warrants that the product shall be free from defects relating to the material and workmanship of the product provided installation shall be conducted by a professional licensed photovoltaic installer, and in accordance with regulations, as described in the installation instructions provided with the purchase of this product.

If the delivery date cannot be verified, manufacturing date will be used in its place. If the Product fails to conform to this warranty, as determined by PANASONIC in its sole and absolute discretion, PANASONIC will employ one of the following Limited Warranty Remedies as set forth under Section 4 below. This fifteen (15) years or enhanced twenty-five (25) years Limited Product Workmanship Warranty does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under Section 3 below. Claims must accompany evidence of the Product purchase date by the Customer. The return of any Product will not be accepted by PANASONIC unless accompanied by a valid return material authorization and prior written authorization issued by PANASONIC.
