Capacity Test. The plant will be operated with the following activities to be performed during the Capacity Test: -- Equipment status will be determined in order to establish that all necessary systems and equipment are operational and functional prior to the commencement of the test. Changes in equipment status and the time of status change will be recorded in the operator log. A copy of the operator log will be provided to the test coordinator by operations personnel during the Capacity Test. -- The facility and equipment will be operated within normal design limits of the equipment and in a manner consistent with good utility practices for continuous long-term operation.
Capacity Test. After successful completion of the Acceptance Tests, Seller shall be allowed to conduct Capacity Tests (subject to inspection by Company) in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Attachment W (Capacity Test Procedures), to determine the Demonstrated Firm Capacity of the Facility and whether Capacity Charge payments may be adjusted in accordance with Section 5.1(F) (Capacity Shortfall) and should begin in accordance with Section 5.1(G) (Commencement of Capacity Charge Payments).
Capacity Test. After successful completion of the Acceptance Tests in Section 1.a. of this Attachment N (Acceptance Test General Criteria), Seller shall be permitted to conduct the Capacity Test pursuant to Section 5.1(D) (Capacity Test) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Attachment W (Capacity Test Procedures).
Capacity Test a. Capacity testing is used to establish the Firm Capacity according to the procedures defined here. b. At least one (1) successful Capacity Test must be completed prior to the Commercial Operation Date. c. Acceptance Testing must be completed prior to the first Capacity Test in accordance with Section A.f. of this Attachment D. d. When the Facility is ready for a Capacity Test, the Seller shall notify the Company at least seven (7) Days prior to such test and shall coordinate with the Company. The Seller shall perform and the Company shall monitor such test no earlier than seven (7) Days after the Company’s receipt of such notice. e. The Capacity Test shall be performed as follows: i. The test shall last for forty-eight (48) hours and shall be scheduled on the start-up plan provided by the Seller to the Company in accordance with Section 5.1A. ii. During the test period, the Seller will operate all equipment in accordance with normal operational parameters practices. iii. During the test period, the Facility shall operate in accordance with the dispatch instructions of the Company’s System Operator, subject in all cases to Good Engineering and Operating Practices, the Seller’s permit limits, and the safety and design limits of the Facility as specified by the applicable equipment manufacturers. iv. If, during the Capacity Test period, the Company’s System Operator specifies less than maximum output, the period of testing will be extended to achieve forty-eight (48) hours with no reduction by the System Operator. The Firm Capacity will be declared including only the hours where the Facility was dispatched at maximum output. v. If the Seller and the Company are satisfied with the Capacity Test, Firm Capacity shall be designated by the Seller as follows: vi. If the test was performed prior to the Commercial Operation Date, or was performed during the Corrective Period, the Firm Capacity shall be designated by the Seller as up to the minimum average capacity level that the Facility is able to sustain over a fifteen (15) minute interval in which the Facility is being dispatched at maximum capacity; provided that the Seller may not set the Firm Capacity at a level in excess of the Committed Capacity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. vii. If the test is being done after the Corrective Period, the Firm Capacity shall be designated by the Seller as up to the minimum average capacity level that the Facility is able to sustain over a fifteen (15) minut...
Capacity Test. A capacity test shall establish the Rated Capacity for a Unit and shall consist of continuous, full load operation for twenty-four hours. The result of any capacity test shall be the net electrical capacity averaged over the duration of the capacity test, expressed in MW and measured at the Point of Interconnection. Upon the conclusion of the initial capacity test, Seller may elect to either (a) within five days submit the results of such capacity test to Purchaser, witha copy to the engineer, or (b) deliver a notice to Purchaser with a copy to the engineer stating Seller's intention to perform a second capacity test no earlier than two days and no later than seven days after the Purchaser's receipt of such notice. If Seller electes to perform such second capacity test, Seller shall, within five days after the conclusion of such capacity test submit to Purchaser ("Sellers Notice") with a copy to the engineer, the results of either the initial capacity test or the second capacity test, as Seller may elect.

Capacity Test. CATL warrants that the capacity of the Product shall not fade to less than 80% of its nameplate capacity. The capacity fade shall be measured based on the ISO 12405-2:2012 (Electrically propelled road vehicles — Test specification for lithium-ion traction battery packs and systems — Part 2: High-energy applications).

Capacity Test. Prior to achieving Commercial Operations and in each Measurement Period, unless waived by Company, Seller shall demonstrate that the Facility maintains output, provided by the Company, through a control setpoint, as measured at the Point of Interconnection, and is able to continuously dispatch the full Contract Capacity (the “Capacity Test”). The Capacity Test can only be performed when the Facility is at the lower of: (i) its maximum State of Charge or (ii) 100% State of Charge prior to the start of the Capacity Test and during the Capacity Test the Company Dispatch/Charge allows for continuous dispatch of the Facility to 0% State of Charge with energy delivered to the Point of Interconnection. For the purposes of evaluating the Capacity Test, the “Capacity Ratio” shall be equal to the number, expressed as a percentage, equal to the total MWh delivered to the Point of Interconnection during the Capacity Test, divided by the Contract Capacity. Further, the Capacity Test will be deemed to be “passed” or “satisfied” to the extent the Capacity Ratio is not less than 100% (the “Capacity Performance Metric”). Except for the Capacity Test conducted prior to Commercial Operations, Seller shall, in lieu of conducting a Capacity Test, be permitted to demonstrate satisfaction of the Capacity Performance Metric by reference to the operational data reflecting the net output of the Facility from the Point of Interconnection for such Measurement Period. Any Capacity Test, other than where the Contract Capacity is demonstrated by reference to operational data reflecting the net output of the Facility as provided below, shall be performed at a time reasonably requested by the Company in its sole discretion. Within a Measurement Period, Seller shall be permitted up to a total of three (3) Capacity Tests to demonstrate satisfaction of the Capacity Performance Metric for such Measurement Period, unless additional Capacity Tests are authorized by Company. Company shall provide notice to Seller no less than three (3) Business Days prior to conducting a Capacity Test. At any time prior to the conduct of the third (3rd) Capacity Test noticed by Company for a Measurement Period, Seller may demonstrate satisfaction of the Capacity Performance Metric by reference to operational data reflecting the net output of the Facility from the Point of Interconnection for such Measurement Period. If, during a Measurement Period, Seller both fails to pass a Capacity Test noticed by Company and...
