List of Supervisors. The Company shall, within twenty (20) days from the signing of this Agreement, present to the Chairman a complete list, in writing, of supervisor with whom grievances shall be taken up in Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure, which list shall show the department or portion of a department over which each supervisor has jurisdiction. The Company shall inform the Chairman promptly, in writing, of all changes in personnel of said list as they occur. Further, the Company shall provide the Chairman with an updated copy of the subject list quarterly.

List of Supervisors. The County shall furnish to the Union a list by name, class, and department of supervisors covered by this Agreement. Such list shall be furnished no later than January 1 of each calendar year.

Such list shall be furnished no later than January 1 of each calendar year. Within ten (10) business days of each complete pay period, the County shall furnish to the Union a list of employees covered by this Agreement with the following information: name, job classification, work address, work location, department, available contact information (including work/home/personal telephone numbers(s), and personal email address), most recent date of hire, current wage rate, employee identification number, employment status, hours of work, and gross pay. The information is given to the Union for its exclusive use for the sole purpose of conducting union business and are to be kept confidential. The Union agrees to not release any employee mailing address to any other party without the written consent of the employee.

  • Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Bank, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully.   • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
