List of Union Representatives The Union agrees to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of all Union Representatives (including Union Stewards, Union Executive, Grievance Committee, Labour/Management Committee and Negotiating Committee) to the Director of Human Resources or designate.
WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.
PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS Contractor shall pay any of its subcontractors not later than seven (7) days after receipt of any progress payment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the respective amounts allowed Contractor on account of the work performed by subcontractor(s), to the extent of each subcontractor’s interest therein, except as otherwise provided in Business and Professions Code Section 7108.5.
Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.
Construction Representatives Landlord appoints the following person(s) as Landlord's representative ("Landlord's Representative") to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter: ------------------------ ------------------------ ------------------------ Tenant appoints the following person(s) as Tenant's representative ("Tenant Representative") to act for Tenant in all matters covered by this Work Letter. ------------------------ ------------------------ ------------------------ All communications with respect to the matters covered by this Work Letter are to be made to Landlord's Representative or Tenant's Representative, as the case may be, in writing, in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease. Either party may change its representative under this Work Letter at any time by written notice to the other party in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease.
Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Bank, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
