Littering. 1. An owner or occupier of a section shall not deposit, throw, or permit or allow to be deposited or thrown, on the common property, any rubbish, including dirt, cigarette butts, food scraps or any other litter whatsoever. 2. An owner or occupier shall remove all items when clearing his post-box and shall dispose of any unwanted items in a suitable refuse container.

Littering. No person shall litter, dump or otherwise dispose of household garbage or any other trash, waste, refuse or debris not connected with his use and enjoyment of the parks and recreational facilities of the city. Littering, dumping and other forms of prohibited disposition are defined in the general laws of this state. All garbage, trash, waste and other debris generated from the use by patrons of the parks and recreational facilities of the city shall be properly disposed of in containers provided for that purpose or at other such places where disposition or disposal may lawfully be made. Where receptacles are not so provided, all such rubbish or waste shall be carried away from the park by the person responsible for the presence of the same, and properly disposed of elsewhere. Littering. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to deposit or dump on any street, alley, or parking lot of the city or any private property therein, garbage, rubbish, or refuse without placing the same in an enclosed can or container, as provided in Section 23-23. (Code cross reference 12-57) (b) No person shall deposit or dump any bulky waste, construction debris, hazardous waste, stable matter or any other solid waste material on any street, alley, or parking lot of the city or on any private property therein. (c) It shall be unlawful for the owner or lessee of any private property located in the city to permit any garbage, rubbish, refuse, bulky waste, construction debris, hazardous waste, stable matter or any other solid waste material to be deposited or dumped on such private property or to remain thereon, and such owner or lessee is required promptly to remove any such items deposited or dumped on such private property. Littering. Students are requested to place all waste paper in the proper receptacles provided. Don't litter the grounds and/or building with trash from your locker and wrappers from other edible items eaten within the building. No beverages are to be consumed in the gymnasium, on the stage, in carpeted areas, or in computer labs. Put food product waste in lined containers (community service hours will be assigned if found littering),

Littering. Placing or throwing garbage, trash, or refuse anywhere on or around the Leased Premises is prohibited. Garbage is to be bagged and placed into receptacles or dumpsters, where provided. Violations of this will result in a $50.00 fine plus the cost of the clean-up.
