Common use of Living Away From Home Allowance Clause in Contracts

Living Away From Home Allowance. A Distant Worker who is not provided with board and lodging by the Company will be paid a Living Away from Home Allowance in accordance with the table below. On commencement of the Agreement: $470 per week (flat) From the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 1 September 2009: $490 per week (flat) From the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 1 September 2011: $510 per week (flat)
