LNG Specifications. All LNG delivered by ELC under this Agreement shall comply with the then-current pressure specifications and quality standards set forth in the SLNG FERC Gas Tariff, EXHIBIT 10.2 EXECUTION VERSION as the same may be modified from time to time (the “LNG Specifications”). If the LNG Specifications are modified at any time during the Term of this Agreement, Customer shall give notice thereof to ELC.
