Long-Range Plan. The Contractor shall submit an annual long-range plan or annual update to that plan for its designated service area pursuant to 10 CCR 2505-10, section 8.601.1 (c).

Long-Range Plan. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement contemplates the adoption by the City of the Long-Range Plan, as deemed acceptable by WPZS, on or before April 1, 2002. In the event that such a Plan is not adopted by April 1, 2002, WPZS may terminate this Agreement.
Long-Range Plan. The Board shall prepare and adopt a long-range plan to meet the needs for drinking water of the Member Agencies over a planning horizon of not less than ten (10) years (the “CIWW Long Range Plan”) and shall revise such plan as needed as new Member Agencies are admitted and as other circumstances dictate. The CIWW Long Range Plan shall take into account all factors relevant to the mission of CIWW, including without limitation: (a) expected growth in water requirements of the Member Agencies; (b) source water availability and quality; (c) long range trends affecting source water supplies and allocations, including impacts of climate change; (d) water treatment capacities and requirements; and (e) all other matters necessary to assure the safety of drinking water supplies and sufficiency of quantity to meet demands, at reasonable cost. The initial CIWW Long Range Plan preparation shall commence promptly after the Effective Date and be completed within one (1) year of the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall be adopted by the Board prior to the Operational Commencement Date. The initial CIWW Long Range Plan will be based on the existing DMWW and WDMWW long-range plans as starting points but with such changes and updates as may be proposed to the Board by the Long Range Planning and Capital Improvements Committee, and by the Technical Committee, or that the Board determines to be appropriate.
Long-Range Plan. On December 14 and 21, 2021, the state initiated long-range planning committee meetings to discuss high-level topics like the purpose of the long-range plan, the charter for the committee, and how the committee will manage itself and the future meeting schedule. These meetings will be open to the public and allow for public comment. In addition, there will be other opportunities for community feedback to ensure maximum public participation on developing the long-range plan.

Long-Range Plan to the best of the Borrower's knowledge and belief after due enquiry, as at the date of the Long Range Plan all opinions, projections and forecasts contained therein and the assumptions on which such opinions, projections and forecasts were based were arrived at after due and careful consideration and enquiry and represent the views of the Borrower as at the date of the Long Range Plan; none of the opinions, projections and forecasts contained in the Long Range Plan (and the assumptions on which such opinions, projections and forecasts were made) were or are misleading in any material respect either as at the date of the Long Range Plan or as the date of this Agreement. No warranty or representation is made in respect of any opinions, projections, forecasts or circumstances relating to the cable and telecommunications industry as a whole ("Information"), (ii) any person other than Telewest, the Borrower and members of the TCN Group or (iii) any Information which is in the public domain or which is identified in the Long Range Plan as having been obtained from or made by a source, or being those of a person, other than the Borrower, any other member of the TCN Group or Telewest; (i) Carry on business solely in UK each of the TCN Entities (i) does not employ any employees in the State of Colorado or elsewhere in the United States of America and (ii) carries on business solely in, and its principal places of business, books and records and the property (other than the interests in the Original Charging Partnerships) subject to the Security Documents are located in, the United Kingdom (except that, in the case of any Charging Partnership formed in the State of Colorado, if it maintains an office in the United States of America, it maintains such office in the State of Colorado). Control and management of each of the TCN Entities takes place outside the United States of America; and (j) Immaterial Group Entities each member of the TCN Group (other than Cable Guide Limited (registered no. 2025654) and each of the Acceding TCN Entities) which is not an Immaterial Group Entity is a party to this Agreement and each Original Non-Charging Subsidiary (other than Cable Guide Limited and each of the Acceding TCN Entities) is an Immaterial Group Entity.
Long-Range Plan the Long Range Plan referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of Long Range Plan was, at the time produced, (i) prepared in good faith and was based upon the assumptions which were reasonable when made and (ii) all written factual information contained therein was true, complete and accurate in all material respects and did not at such time omit any material fact which would have made any such factual information misleading.

Long-Range Plan. 0.0.0.0. Xx conjunction with the preparation of the Operating Plan and Operating Budget, the Company shall develop a plan that sets forth the necessity for and cost of capital improvements to the Facility and Operating Costs over the succeeding five (5) Calendar Year period (the “Long-Range Plan”). 8.1.3.2. The Long-Range Plan shall be updated annually at the time of submission of the Proposed Operating Budget and Proposed Operating Plan under Section 8.1(a) and Section 8.1(b) to account for the addition or subtraction of projects, as applicable. 8.1.3.3.
