Loss, Theft or Damage. NEC shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the property of sponsor/exhibitor, its employees or representatives. NEC will not be liable for injury or damage to persons or property during the term of this contract, from any cause whatsoever, by reason of the use or occupancy of the exhibit space by sponsor/exhibitor, its employees, representatives or assigns. If sponsor/exhibitor’s material fails to arrive, or if for causes beyond its control, sponsor/exhibitor is prevented from using its space, sponsor/exhibitor is nevertheless responsible for its space rental. Sponsor/Exhibitor shall carry insurance to protect all exhibit materials against damage, theft or other loss.

Loss, Theft or Damage. There shall occur any loss, theft, damage or destruction of any Personal Guarantor Collateral, which loss is not fully insured, less applicable deductibles, and which has a Material Adverse Change.

If Exhibitor's materials fail to arrive, or if for causes beyond its control, Exhibitor is prevented from using its space, Exhibitor is nevertheless responsible for its space rental. Exhibitor shall carry appropriate insurance to protect all exhibit materials against damage, theft or other loss, and liability insurance against injury to persons and the property of others, including, but not limited to, Show Management. Exhibitor is required to furnish Heart of Oneness with an appropriate proof of insurance 10 days before the Show or Show Management, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to prohibit Exhibitor from attending the Show. In the event Show Management exercises this right, Exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the payment made to secure its booth.

It is essential that the following guidelines be followed to ensure the safe, efficient and ethical operation of this Tablet.  I will supervise my child’s use of the Tablet at home  I will discuss our family’s values and expectations (respecting other people’s property)  I will report to the school any problems with the Tablet  I will not load inappropriate software on the Tablet  I will make sure my child recharges the Tablet nightly  I will make sure my child brings the Tablet to school every dayI understand that if my child comes to school without the Tablet, I may be called to bring it to school  I agree to make sure that the Tablet is returned to school when requested and upon my child’s withdrawal from KinderCare Academy.
Loss, Theft or Damage. The recipient agrees to assume full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the Artworks while in the care of the recipient. Reimbursement for loss, theft, or damage to an Artwork shall be in the amount of the value entered for the Artwork on the List of Artworks. Both Artist and Recipient agree to the value shown on the Schedule of Artworks.

Loss, Theft or Damage. ● If the Chromebook or a charger has been lost, the full cost for a replacement Chromebook or a charger may be assessed to the student. ● If the Chromebook has been stolen, the student or parent/guardian must immediately contact the police department to report the theft. A police report must be filed and a copy presented to the building principal before a replacement Chromebook is issued. Failure to do so will result in full cost replacement.
