Xxxxx and Breaks for 40 Hour Employees Forty hour employees will be granted up to sixty (60) minutes of administratively scheduled flexible time each day, which will include:  Mandatory “duty free” lunch time of at least thirty (30) minutes in length, and  Appropriate convenience breaks It is permissible for the administrator to schedule the designated lunch time and break time by bundling provided that the total time does not exceed sixty (60) minutes.
