Maintenance of Accessible Features. In addition to the specific requirements set forth in this Agreement, the Town shall ensure that all accessible features of the Brick Town Hall are maintained in operable working condition, within the meaning of 28 C.F.R. § 36.211.

Maintenance of Accessible Features. Throughout the term of this Agreement, consistent with 28 C.F.R. § 35.133(a), the School District will maintain the accessibility of its outdoor play areas. This provision, however, does not prohibit isolated or temporary interruptions in service or access due to maintenance or repairs. 28 C.F.R. § 35.133(b).
