Maintenance of Terms and Conditions of Employment. Unless specifically altered by this Agreement, the Letter of Agreement entered into between the Judiciary and its employee representatives on December 28, 1994 and the agreement to resolve challenged ballots between PANJ/CWA and the Judiciary dated August 8, 1996, shall remain in effect unchanged.
Maintenance of Terms and Conditions of Employment. Any term and condition of employment currently in existence, which has not been improved per contractual language, shall remain in existence throughout the term of this Agreement. Additional improvements are welcome; however no less than the current standards shall be acceptable.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment The term “terms and conditions of employment” means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits except retirement contributions or benefits, and the Board of Education’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees. The term is subject to the provisions of Section 179A of PELRA, as amended, regarding the rights of public employers and the scope of negotiations.

  • Other Terms and Conditions of Employment Where an assessment has been made, the applicable percentage shall apply to the wage rate only. However, where efforts, skills and abilities are equal then seniority shall take precedence; and iv) maintain commitment to, and comply with the Company's directions (consistent with the objectives of the Agreement) with respect to, safety, quality, site cleanliness and waste management; and v) provide and maintain an adequate kit of tools in accordance with Parent Award requirements; and vi) be committed to the objectives in Clause 4 of this Agreement All new employees (other than casuals) will be engaged on the basis of a 3-month probationary period, which shall count as service. The Company reserves the right to terminate a probationary employee at any time during this 3 month period subject to a week's notice or payment in lieu thereof. The Company's right to employ persons on a specified task and/or specified period basis is acknowledged.

  • Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Seller, by signing this Agreement, or delivering the supplies or performing the services identified herein, agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions and all specifications and other documents that this Agreement incorporates by reference or attachment.   • OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Certificate based on Masters degree, 18 total years pay credit or classified step, Non-Probationary ,Local Longevity =$1000, Base Contract @ $48,532. All contracts are issued contingent upon employee having appropriate certification or endorsement or approved ALP. All contracts are also contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check. Where applicable, certified salaries include $3000 from the “Targeted Educator Compensation Act” of 2001. Where applicable the employee has also had included within Compensation For Services a stipend for 18 years of Local Longevity Credit.

  • SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program. B. Employees shall report any unsafe or unhealthy conditions directly to their supervisor. The District shall conduct investigations of employee reports and take appropriate measures as soon as possible. The employee shall be informed by the principal or designee of the results of the investigation and of whatever action is to be taken. Safety violations will be corrected within ten (10) working days whenever possible. C. Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions or to perform tasks which endanger their health and safety. D. First aid supplies and first aid treatment shall be available to employees at each school site. A first aid kit shall be provided for each District vehicle used to transport pupils and shall be taken on all field trips. E. Personal protection equipment required by an employee's job duties shall be available from the principal or designee at each school site. F. An employee shall immediately report any assaults in connection with his/her employment to the principal or immediate supervisor who shall report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement agency and the District Office. 1. An employee may exercise the same degree of physical control over a pupil that a parent would be legally privileged to exercise, but which in no event shall exceed the amount of physical control reasonably necessary to maintain order, protect property, or protect the health and safety of pupils. 2. An employee shall receive applicable insurance and leave benefits for any injury incurred under the provisions of this Paragraph. 3. Employees shall be reimbursed for damage to personal property resulting from assault under the provisions of this Paragraph. 4. When the continued presence of a pupil in a class represents a physical danger to a teacher, the teacher may request that the principal institute suspension procedures in accordance with District policy. 5. The District's "Student Discipline Policy" shall be made available to employees.

  • Breach of Terms and Conditions In case of breach of any terms and conditions as mentioned above, the Competent Authority, will have the right to cancel the work order/ job without assigning any reason thereof and nothing will be payable by AIIMS, Jodhpur in that event the security deposit shall also stands forfeited.

The author (the Customer) who applies to the editorial office for the purpose of editing its scientific and/or other texts shall be obliged as follows: • Transfer its manuscript to the editorial board by sending the same to the official email address of the editorial board. • Based on the confirmation of a positive review and the invoice sent by the editorial board for payment for editing, prepress, electronic layout, publication on the journal's website, and archiving scientific and/or other texts, pay the cost of services within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment for services. • At the request of the editorial board, provide information and perform any actions necessary and sufficient from the standpoint of the editorial board to perform the order. 3.3. The editorial board undertakes to render the services within 3 (three) months from the date of acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof and the Customer's payment for services hereunder. In exceptional cases, the term of performance of the terms and conditions hereof may be agreed with the author (the Customer) individually. 3.4. Services shall be considered rendered, and the terms and conditions hereof shall be considered performed at the time of the editor-in-chief's approval of the layout-original issue wherein the scientific and/or other text of the Customer is subject to publication.

  • Conditions of Termination a. COMPANY may terminate this Agreement in the event LESSEE breaches any of the terms, obligation, or provisions of this Agreement, or ceases to operate the Vehicle under the trade name(s) “ ”. b. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement of the parties. c. LESSEE may termination this agreement without cause at any time upon ____ days’ written notice to COMPANY. If at any time COMPANY believes LESSEE cannot, will not, or has not been performing pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, COMPANY may (as an alternative to immediate cancellation) temporarily revoke LESSEE’s right to operate the Vehicle under this Agreement for a period of time sufficient to investigate COMPANY’s belief. Such temporary revocation by COMPANY’s shall not waive COMPANY’s right to terminate this Agreement as herein provided. e. LESSEE agrees to be tested for the illegal use of controlled substances, or for blood alcohol level. LESSEE may be tested on a random, volunteer, “reason to believe”, or post-accident basis. Refusal to test is breach of this Agreement and grounds for cancellation of this Agreement. f. This Agreement may be cancelled at any time by the COMPANY if COMPANY has a good faith belief that LESSEE may present an unreasonable risk of harm to passengers or others. g. LESSEE agrees that if LESSEE believes or contends COMPANY has breached, or is in any way breaching this Agreement, LESSEE shall immediately notify COMPANY in writing the facts giving rise to the alleged breach. If written notice is not given within 30 days of LESSEE’s awareness of those facts, LESSEE waives, for all purposes, any breach based upon those facts. h. After the initial term, this Agreement may be cancelled by COMPANY, without cause, with 30 days notice to LESSEE. i. If Lessee does not operate the Vehicle under this Agreement for a period of 30 days, COMPANY may terminate this Agreement without notice to LESSEE.
