These trainee days will be used solely for the Maintenance training courses either defined in the Seller’s applicable Training Course Catalog or as otherwise supplied by the Seller. Within the maintenance trainee days allowance above, the number of Engine Run-Up Courses will be limited to one (1) course for three (3) trainees per firmly ordered Aircraft and to a maximum of nine (9) courses in total.

The Buyer and the Seller shall agree on the best balance of formal classroom training and on-the-job training to ensure a smooth entry into service and continued operation of the Aircraft.
