Managed Hosted VESTA Services. Managed Hosted VESTA Service is purchased as part of a bundle from CenturyLink, along with West® A9-1-1 Routing Service and Location Data Management Service for CUSTOMER. The Managed Hosted VESTA Services provide hosted call handling functionality over a system that includes VESTA, servers and workstations installed at each CUSTOMER PSAP. Airbus will provide and maintain redundant, regionally diverse systems for Managed Hosted VESTA Call Handling, including hosted VESTA. Hosted equipment will be located in CenturyLink’s data centers. As part of Managed Hosted VESTA Services, Airbus provides, installs, configures core functions of, and monitors all required host end system components. Airbus also provides and configures core functions of all Airbus required PSAP based equipment (“CPE”) including servers, position equipment and networking equipment (routers and switches). CenturyLink installs, maintains and provides on-site Airbus certified technicians for all CPE including servers, position equipment and networking equipment (routers and switches). CenturyLink and Airbus will work with each CUSTOMER to determine and implement initial VESTA configurations. CenturyLink will work with the end-users on any future desired configuration changes and will coordinate all such changes with Airbus as required. CenturyLink, though Airbus, will provide the CUSTOMER with the following services: ✓ Managed Hosted VESTA Services ✓ Installation of host end equipment ✓ Training CenturyLink will provide the CUSTOMER with the following services as it pertains to Managed Hosted VESTA: ✓ During installation activities, CenturyLink will have primary responsibility for the following: o Project Management o Receipt and inventory of equipment at PSAPs o Installation of CPE including servers, position equipment and networking equipment. o Cabling o All telco facing coordination and installation activities (from the demark back) ✓ Project Surveys. These are to be completed by an Airbus Certified CenturyLink technician and the completed survey must be provided to the Airbus Project Manager within five business days of completion. ✓ Tier 1 Support Work performed by the CUSTOMER outside of the above parameters will result in a voiding of warranty, cancellation of maintenance services, additional service fees, recertification, reinstatement or any of the above.   • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive discounts ranging from 25% to 55% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBSII Guide local loop charges for DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
