MANAGERIAL. Contractor shall furnish: management; training; supervision; manpower; uniforms; badges; caps for special occasions; a wireless intra‑building communication equipment capable of communicating from and to any point within the radius of the Owner's properties; equipment, including time clocks and cards; and supplies in order to provide the required protection services demanded, and replacement or substitute equipment and manpower to maintain full services at all times.

MANAGERIAL. Except where expressly provided for in this agreement, the Employer is unrestricted in its capacity to discharge its managerial functions in relation to the operation of the Hamlet. The employer shall exercise its rights in a manner which is fair, reasonable, without discrimination and with this collective agreement.
MANAGERIAL. Parents of both clubs shall be made aware upon or prior to registration of the operational policies and procedures of both clubs highlighting differences where necessary and distinguishable (ie.. THIS DOCUMENT).

MANAGERIAL. The Union acknowledges that it is the function of the Commission, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to hire, promote, demote, transfer employees, and also the right of the Commission to discipline or discharge any employee for just cause, provided that such action may be the subject of a grievance, and dealt with as provided elsewhere in this Agreement. The Union further recognizes the right of the Commission to operate and manage its business in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities and the Commission agrees that it will not exercise this right in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Commission shall have the right from time to time to make or alter rules and regulations which in its discretion are deemed necessary for the safe, continuous and efficient operation of the utilities services entrusted to its care, provided that no such rule or regulation shall be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. During the term of this agreement the Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Commission agrees that there shall be no lockouts.
MANAGERIAL. TRANSPORTATION a. Heads of major organizational units who are required to be available to respond to matters involving the Department at any hour of the day or night, seven (7) days a week; b. Positions regularly subject to call-out for field supervision in Electric or Water System restoration or emergency situations; c. Positions that may be required to start or end a shift in an alternate reporting location, an average of two days per week, resulting in cost savings to the Department; or d. The need to carry special equipment (maps, tools, safety items) or special communications equipment, i.e. high band, low band radios (other than Nextel or cellular phones).

  • Inherent Managerial Rights The exclusive representative recognizes that the School District is not required to meet and negotiate on matters of inherent managerial policy, which include, but are not limited to, such areas of discretion or policy as the functions and programs of the employer, its overall budget, utilization of technology, the organizational structure and selection and direction and number of personnel.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs.   • Leadership Develop strong joint leadership, shift to coaching style of leadership and share information, including financial data.

  • Senior Management If a Dispute occurs that the senior representatives of the Parties responsible for the transaction contemplated by this Agreement have been unable to settle or agree upon within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days after such Dispute arose, Seller shall nominate and commit one of its senior officers, and Buyer shall nominate and commit one of its senior officers, to meet at a mutually agreed time and place not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the Dispute has arisen to attempt to resolve same. If such senior management have been unable to resolve such Dispute within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days after such meeting, or if such meeting has not occurred within forty-five (45) calendar days following such Dispute arising, then either Party shall have the right, by written notice to the other, to resolve the Dispute through the relevant Independent Expert pursuant to Section 16.03.

  • Oversight The Licensing Officer shall oversee the quality of the services provided by the Licensee and the reasonableness of the prices charged. The Licensing Officer may advise the Licensee from time to time of any source of dissatisfaction and request correction.

  • Expertise Such Member alone, or together with its representatives, possesses such expertise, knowledge and sophistication in financial and business matters generally, and in the type of transactions in which the Company proposes to engage in particular, that such Member is capable of evaluating the merits and economic risks of acquiring and holding the Units, and that such Member is able to bear all such economic risks now and in the future;
