Common use of Maternity Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Maternity Leave Allowance. (a) After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.

Maternity Leave Allowance. (ae) After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), Section 22 Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Planallowance.

(ab) (i) After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has they have applied for and is in receipt of employment eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), the Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit PlanMaternity Leave allowance.

(ae) After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she the employee has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), Section 22 Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Planallowance.

(a) After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of eligible to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance allowance. An applicant under Article 21.03(B)(1) shall sign an agreement with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.Employer providing:

(a) After completion An employee who agrees to return to work for a period of at least six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of eligible to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), the Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Employment Benefit Plan.Plan as follows:

(a) 34.05 After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, maternity leave without pay and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1), the Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Planallowance.

(a) 25.05 After completion of six (6) months continuous employment, an employee who is on Maternity Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.03, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 22(1)Section 22, Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Planallowance.
