An employee who agrees to return to work for a period of at least six (6) months and who provides the Gallery with proof that she has applied for and is eligible to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to Employment Insurance Act or the Quebec Parental Insurance Plan, shall be paid a maternity leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan as follows:
