Maximum Contract Price Sample Clauses

Maximum Contract Price. In consideration for the Contractor’s performance of the Contract Work to the full satisfaction of the Owner, the Owner agrees to pay to the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to accept as full consideration therefor the Maximum Contract Price set forth in Part I of this Contract. The Maximum Contract Price includes all consumable Materials and Equipment which will become part of the finished structure and all other costs of installation, including labor and consumable supplies which will not become a permanent part of the finished structure, the Maximum Contract Price includes the Contractor’s General Conditions, Fee and General Liability Insurance. Any unit prices and cost breakdowns submitted as part of the Contractor’s Proposal attached at Part IV.B of this Contract shall be considered part of this Contract. The Contractor shall note that this Project is subject to Prevailing Wage. The Contractor should note that the first $100,000 of Change Orders will not result in an increase of General Conditions or Fee (or Overhead and profit). For clarification, this includes any Overhead and Profit for the Contractor on this amount. This is the Change Order Limit.

Maximum Contract Price. The following “Maximum Contract Price” is authorized for purchase of services from the Agency during calendar year 2022:
Maximum Contract Price. (MCP) is the amount the OWNER has agreed to pay the CM for the costs of the project subject to the terms of this Contract, including all construction costs, and all other projected costs including, the CM’s fees, the CM’s MCP contingency and the General Conditions Cost. The MCP will not include the CM’s Pre-Construction costs.
Maximum Contract Price. Pursuant to Appendix “C” of this Contract and the assumptions and clarifications therein, the Maximum Contract Price for all services performed pursuant to this Construction Phase Contract and the General Conditions Work Phase Contract, executed in conjunction with and in addition to this Construction Phase Contract, is and 00/100 ($0.00).
Maximum Contract Price. For Contractor’s performance and completion of the Project, the City shall pay Contractor a fee in accordance with the unit costs established in Contractor’s Scope of Work as awarded by the City and refined through the design-build process for a total sum not to exceed ONE MILLION, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THREE DOLLARS AND 34/100 ($1,232,233.34) (the “Maximum Contract Price”). At Contractor’s own cost and expense, Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the Project and the carrying out of all duties and obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Scope of Work. Contractor represents that the Maximum Contract Price is sufficient to perform all of the Work set forth in and contemplated by this Agreement.

Maximum Contract Price. The following “Maximum Contract Price” is authorized for purchase of services from the Agency during calendar year 2022: $140,000. Of this amount, no more than $50,000 may be used for salary supplements. Additional restrictions on authorized expenses are found in Section III(1).
Maximum Contract Price. The total amount paid under this Agreement as compensation for Work performed and reimbursement for costs incurred shall not, in any case, exceed $30,000.00 (the “Maximum Contract Price”), except as outlined in Section II(C) above. The compensation for Work performed shall be based upon the daily rate of $350.00/day as specified in Exhibit “A”, except when the hours actually worked in a day exceed 8, in which case compensation for the day shall be based on the hourly rate of $43.75. Hours worked for a meeting that goes past midnight shall be treated as hours worked in the day the meeting began (e.g., if a meeting on January 1 starts at 7pm and ends at 1am on January 2, the compensation for that meeting will be $350.00 - the daily rate for January 1.)
