Maximum Vacation Accrual. The maximum vacation accrual shall be two (2) times the employee’s vacation accrual. (For example, an employee who accrues 10-days per year will have an accrual cap of 20 days.) Once the employee reaches his/her maximum accrual, he/she shall not accrue additional vacation until the vacation balance is reduced.
