Meal Allowances and Travelling Allowance. (a) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to work more than 12 hours in any shift will be paid a meal allowance as shown in the Appendix; (b) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel from their place of employment in the course of their duties and are required to be away from home overnight the Company will provide them with suitable accommodation and meals (excluding alcohol); (c) Where appropriate meals are unavailable at the place of accommodation, officers will be reimbursed for meal costs, supported by receipts, up to the amount shown in the Appendix (excluding alcohol); (d) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel from their place of employment in the course of their duties and is required to be away from home overnight the employee will be paid a Meal Allowance to provide for lunch meal;

(b) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel from their place of employment in the course of their duties and are required to be away from home overnight the Company will provide them with suitable accommodation and meals (excluding alcohol); (c) Where appropriate meals are unavailable at the place of accommodation, officers will be reimbursed for meal costs, supported by receipts, up to the amount shown in Appendix 2 (as varied by 25.2(b)) (excluding alcohol);A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel from their place of employment in the course of their duties and is required to be away from home overnight the employee will be paid a Meal Allowance to provide for lunch meal; (d) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel and is required to be away from home overnight the employee will be paid a Meal Allowance and an Incidentals Allowance per overnight stay; and (e) A Prisoner Transport Officer required to travel to Mildura will be paid an allowance in accordance with Appendix 2 (as varied by 25.2(b)), and will be provided with two meals (which will be Dinner and Breakfast or provided an agreed allowance). Prisoner Transport Officer’s paid this allowance will not be entitled to any other allowances.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

  • Housing Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a Cayman Islands housing allowance of US $6,000 per month. Executive will be responsible for any taxes due on such allowance.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.
