Common use of MEAL & REST BREAKS Clause in Contracts

MEAL & REST BREAKS. You will be entitled to a minimum 30 minute unpaid meal break during a full day shift of at least 7.6 hours and a 10 minute paid rest break at a suitable time following 5 consecutive hours of work.
