Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance.
(a) Auxiliary employees will be eligible for coverage under Clauses 25.1—Basic Medical Insurance, 25.2—Extended Health Care Plan, 25.3—Dental Plan, 25.4—Group Life and 25.9— Employee and Family Assistance Program after completion of 1827 hours worked in 33 pay periods or after working three consecutive years without loss of seniority and maintaining 1200 hours worked at the straight-time rate within the previous 26 pay periods. Such auxiliary employees eligible for benefits under this clause will not receive the payment under Clause 32.7—Health and Welfare.
(b) An auxiliary employee will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when they lose their seniority in accordance with Clause 32.4(a), (b), (c) or (d)—Loss of Seniority.
(c) Auxiliary employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such plans for a maximum period of three consecutive months immediately following the month in which the layoff occurs by paying the premium themselves.
(d) When an auxiliary employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above.
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance. (a) Casual employees will be eligible for coverage under Clauses 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 and 25.9 after completion of 1827 hours worked in a 15 month period or after working three consecutive years without loss of seniority and maintaining 1200 hours worked at the straight-time rate within the previous 12 month period. Such casual employees eligible for benefits under this clause will not receive payment under Clause 31.7.
(b) A casual employee will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when he/she loses his/her seniority in accordance with Clause 31.4.
(c) Casual employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such plans for a maximum period of three consecutive months immediately following the month in which the layoff occurs by paying the premium themselves.
(d) When a casual employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above.
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance. (a) Casual employees will be eligible for coverage under Clauses 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4 and 25.9 after completion of eighteen hundred and twenty-seven (1827) hours worked in a fifteen (15) month period or after working three (3) consecutive years without loss of seniority and maintaining twelve hundred (1200) hours worked a the straight-time rate within the previous twelve (12) month period. Such casual employees eligible for benefits under this clause will not receive payment under Clause 31.7.
(b) A casual employee will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when he/she loses his/her seniority in accordance with Article 31.4.
(c) Casual employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such plans for a maximum period of three (3) consecutive months immediately following he month in which the layoff occurs by paying the premium themselves.
(d) When a casual employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above.
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance. Company agrees to include Executive in the group medical, dental and hospital plan of the Company and provide group life insurance for Executive. These practices and procedures are subject to change upon mutual agreement.
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance. (a) Subject to carrier approval, auxiliary employees will be eligible for coverage under Clauses 25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4, and Long Term Disability after completion of one thousand one hundred (1100) hours in a twelve (12) month period. Such auxiliary employees receiving benefits under this Clause will not receive the lieu pay provided for in Clause 31.4.
(b) Auxiliary employees will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when he:
(1) fails to maintain one thousand one hundred (1100) hours worked at the straight-time rate within a twelve month period following the year in which he qualified under Article 31.5(a).
(2) loses his seniority in accordance with Clause 11.4
(c) Auxiliary employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such Plans while on layoff by paying the premium themselves starting the month following the month they are laid off.
(d) When an auxiliary employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above until they lose the entitlement as provided for in Article 31.5(a).
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance.
(a) Casual employees will be eligible for coverage under Clauses 25.1—Basic Medical Insurance, 25.2—Extended Health Care Plan, 25.3—Dental Plan, 25.4—Group Life and 25.9-Employee and Family Assistance Program after completion of eighteen hundred twenty-seven (1827) hours worked in thirty-three (33) pay periods or after working three consecutive years without loss of seniority and maintaining twelve hundred (1200) hours worked at the straight-time rate within the previous twenty-six (26) pay periods. Such casual employees eligible for benefits under this clause will not receive the payment under Clause 30.7-Health and Welfare.
(b) A casual employee will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when they lose their seniority in accordance with Clause 30.4(a), (b), (c) or (d)—Loss of Seniority.
(c) Casual employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such plans for a maximum period of six (6) consecutive months immediately following the month in which the layoff occurs by paying the premium themselves.
(d) When a casual employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above.

(d) When a casual employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above.
Medical, Dental and Group Life Insurance. (a) Part-time employees not covered by other plans will be eligible for coverage under Articles 25.1, 25.2, 25.3 and 25.4 after completion of eleven hundred (1100) hours worked in a calendar year. Such part-time employees receiving benefits under this Article will not receive the lieu pay provided for in Article 30.8.
(b) A part-time employee will cease to be entitled to coverage under (a) above when he/she:
(1) fails to maintain eleven hundred (1100) hours worked at the straight-time rate within the calendar year following the year in which he/she qualified under Article 30.09(a).
(2) loses his/her seniority in accordance with Article 30.3 (a), (b), (c) or (d).
(c) A Joint Committee shall be established to determine the administrative feasibility of covering long-term part-time employees with the long term disability plan referred to in Article 19.
(d) Part-time employees qualified under (a) above shall be entitled to maintain coverage under such plans while on layoff by paying the premium themselves starting the month following the month they are laid off.
(e) When a part-time employee on layoff, who has previously qualified under (a) above and has not ceased to be entitled under (b) above, is recalled, the employee shall immediately be entitled to the benefits under (a) above until they lose the entitlement as provided for in Article 30.09(a).

Such auxiliary employees receiving benefits under this Clause will not receive the sixty-five cents (65¢) per hour under Article 31.4.
